On 17thJuly, I requested payout on the 5ers.com.
After two days, I was asked for an interview in order to show the trading strategies. I attended the interview on same days. In the interview, I needed to turn on the front camera and shared screen in order to explaining the trading skills. Also, they asked question about the trading rules. I am sure that I have done all these things well.
After that, they said that they would process the review in 72 hours. However, they did not give me valid response instead of asking for being patience. They just kept ignored questions in the email in the whole week. They are just wasting my time and my payout is on hold.
In this week, I tried to ask help in the Facebook group ”The 5ers Traders Support Group Official”. All the post I have created had been removed quickly. Sooner, I got blocked by the admin and cannot enter the Facebook. That means you cannot say something bad about 5ers. Therefore, I cannot get help in the page. I also tried to DM the core person in the page called “Abdusomed Mohammed” with my funded account number and he did not give me any response. I think it was a helpless page. What you can do is to say something good about 5ers.
Finally on 30th july, my payout was denied because of verification interview. They keep saying the issues about account integrity. However, I have passed the KYC about three years ago. And I needed to show up my face in the interview. I do not know why they said I did not pass the interview. I am sure that I am the only person who traded with the account. However, they said the decision is final.
What I think is that 5ers is a scam company, they will try to find some excuse to deny your payout even when you comply all the rules. I am sure that this company must be in trouble. They just keep delay/deny the payout without valid reason.
I am here to urge the trader DO NOT use 5ers for your trader journey. Hope that there will not be any new victims (just like me) with scam prop firm companies. If you are a day trader, try other trustworthy prop firm.
