Hello Folks:
As we approach the end of the year, market liquidity has reduced visibly and characterized by wild swings during recent sessions. Therefore, it is very important to use caution when trading between news releases as any surprise news may have exaggerated impact... This is likely to continue until early part of next week, then market should slip into a range until 2011.
Here's a list of news that we are going to be trading this week:
1. Tue Dec. 14, 2010 4:30am EST - UK CPI y/y
Historical Chart & Data
2. Tue Dec. 14, 2010 8:30am EST - US Core Retail Sales m/m
Historical Chart & Data
3. Tue Dec. 14, 2010 2:15pm EST - US FOMC Rate Decision
Historical Chart & Data
4. Wed Dec. 15, 2010 8:30am EST - US Core CPI m/m
Historical Chart & Data
5. Thu Dec. 16, 2010 4:30am EST - UK Retail Sales m/m
Historical Chart & Data
...and some untradable news releases...
Like I said before, market is going to slow down for the holidays and new year. I'd recommend to start lowering your Take Profit levels as we may not see a trending market.
Thanks,
