Finally after 1 month and a half I received my founds.
Late, but better late than never.
Really bad customer service, not answering mails... and 1 month and a half for a withdrawal is not acceptable for a good broker

2012-02-25 1Star I have requested a withdrawal more than 1 month ago, no response to emails, and the chat saying always that will be processed... but nothing...
I'm starting to think I lost my money with this broker, take care with this people...
I finally I don't get the withdrawal I will open a scam case...

They have many websites such as www.gtlforex.com and gtltradingfx.com . They now claim to be regulated in BVI which is not true as I have checked with them. They are basically not regulated. Bad customer service.

It is notified for general information that GLOBAL TRADEWAVES LTD. is no longer licensed by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) for trading in securities or to provide any other international financial services.

I am demo trading with their metatrader platform and is working ok for me. I researched them a bit on the internet because I want to open a real account with them but I got so confused ??? Sometimes they state they are regulated in Pakistan, then in Dubai, then in Switzerland, then in London and lately in Virgin Islands. I called a phone number they left in Virgin Islands and someone told me he could not talk to me and I should call some other time because he had rama dam. If someone could shed some light on them, I would appreciate it.

It's hard to find out if they are a legitimate broker. They are not regulated by any of the USA regulatory agency's. They seem to be regulated by other Swiss (polyreg and FFA) and Emirates Commodity and Securities Authority agency's but that information is difficult to verify. Their MT4 platform goes through severe glitches in the midst of trading. On the 10th of March, their MT4 platform stopped functioning - in the midst of trading!! Customer service is good by e-mail, but very confusing when you call. They claim to have offices in BVI, London, Switzerland and Dubai, but when you call during normal business hours, calls seem to be always re-routed to Dubai. So it's difficult to trust this broker with their information listed on their site.

I have sent withdrawal form 10 december 2008 - got payment two days ago. Terrible execution on Metatrader.

Very hard to believe.

At the GTLonline MT4 server time 03:43:25, Dec. 1, 2008, the price of EURCHF is suddenly changed from 1.5409 to 154.0999 in GTLonline MT4 platform.

If someone sells this pair, he or she must face a terrible lost.

In the same time, I check the IBFX MT4 platform, it never happens.

A picture has been taken to prove this event, if it is necessary to show.

Although the platform is a bit slow in execution of orders my withdrawals have been done on request from london HSBC bank and I have received money really quick. yes sometimes I need to call and chase up withdrawals because in dubai friday in bank holiday and sat/sun banks dont work worldwide so that means if you requested money on thirsday the request is gonna be put thru next monday or so..i guess this is the only delay but i was so far recived my money safely and i have no complaints..

I have just tried their service, but I am very dissapointed as it takes very slow to withdraw the money. In fact, it has been two weeks since I made my first request of withdrawal until now I have not received my money. I began to wonder whether they are an honest broker or not.

Mar. Earth could you pleasem provide your contact detail and account number and stuff we want to understand the reason if it is based on facts as we make sure every payment is made on time and processed with in 24 hrs
