Buyers be aware of this Robot, since i buy this robot all the the day am loose, the gain is very small but the lose is very big, because this scalpino can open multiple order at the same time may be can open 5 order at once and all are get lose, this robot make me lose of $ 100 per one day and what will be the month ? when open multiple order at once and all going wrong direction, this robot deal with sells only and it use 5 hours to buy only,that the mistake and market are volatile can go any direction. Its better to trade my self, all traders am telling that this is not robot for making money but this robot designed for to loose your money, finally am say if you want to loose your money totally buy this robot and your will reply and say what your was telling its true.

The team of forex scalpino says that " Forex Scalpino Robot is a simple system."
In fact, I also think that the strategy is very simple (perhaps only stochastic indicator up and down).
For this reason I think that this robot has very high potential than those stated by the team and that will last into the future.

My experience has been exactly the opposite of the other negative reviews. I use FXCM, so my leverage is 1:50 which means the money management feature doesn't work, but that's not important to me, anyway. And although, I've had trouble with the built in news filter, I've learned to turn the robot off during high impact news events. If you manage your money yourself, and avoid news events, this scalper is one of the very best I've ever seen. Check them out on myfxbook, and see for yourself. It was quoted explicitly with no confusion of language that if after 60 days, we the customer is not satisfied with the EA, we can ask for a refund and we will get our full refund back with "NO QUESTIONS ASKED"!

Why is it then that once we ask for a refund, ForexScalpinoRobot vendors will start asking several questions including account statement?
This is a very high profile fraud and deceit of the highest level.

I personally read through and took a decision to try this EA based on the false statement they used to deceive everyone on their website!
It's so unfortunate, but I will never allow anybody I know to pay a dime for this fraud arrangement and EA.

ATTENTION: BEWARE OF THIS UNSCRUPULOUS SELLER!!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING THIS ROBOT!!!
On August 15, 2013 I requested a refund for the Forex Scalpino Robot (which I paid through Avangate website) for the first time directly to the seller/merchant explaining that I was not satisfied with the performance of the product since It has made me lose money. I did that in accordance to the 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (no questions asked) promise that the merchant displays in his website in two different locations of the webpage. By the moment I made my first refund request only 37 days had passed since I bought the product, meaning that I had the right to receive it since that very first intent. In the first response I received regarding the refund request, the seller/merchant stated the following : "Hello dear client,we have on Myfxbook website, our performance from 5/February till today. History of trades is public also and open trades. All is transparent. So, before you bought EA you had chance to see how EA works, which TP and Sl use''.

From that point on I tried in several additional occasions to request the refund by email again and again but the seller have continue denying my refund by giving the same lame and inappropriate excuses which clearly states that he is not going to give any refund to me and probably has been doing the same thing to every and each one of the customers who try to request a refund. This seller should not be allow to use tools like PayPal, Avangate or others alike for his business purposes since this kind of practices are clearly a fraud and unethical.

In addition to this huge refund problem this bot has a lot of bugs like for example:
1. THE BOT MONEY MANAGEMENT FEATURE DOES NOT WORK WITH 1:50 LEVERAGE OR BELOW.
2. THE BOT CAN'T TRADE PAIRS THAT CONTAINS ONLY 3 DECIMALS LIKE USDJPY PAIRS EVEN THOUGH IN THE FAQ ON THE SITE IT IS RECOMMENDED.
3. THE NEWS FILTER ON THE BOT DOES NOT WORK. THIS FEATURE CAN BE TURN ON AND EVEN THOUGH THAT THE BOT WILL STILL OPEN TRADES. THIS FEATURE IS ONLY A FACADE AND BEWARE OF THIS BUG CAUSE FOREX SCALPINO IS HIGHLY SENSITIVE TO NEWS.
4. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A GHOST!!
CONCLUSION: THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM PRODUCT AND A HUGE FIASCO. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this EA on July 8, 2013. As described by others, it's gains are very small, and loses are big. I requested a refund through paypal and was denied because the product purchased was "intangible". I found this odd, as I have purchased numerous EA's in this manner, and have received refunds in the past. I then emailed the vendor directly for a refund, and received no response. I have just emailed Avongate, who handled the transaction. Buyer Beware!! Not worth the $198, and you can forget about a refund. I have set this EA to a myfxbook page, for all to see! Rip Off!!!!

Stay away of this EA and vendor! Unfortunately for those who have purchased this EA, nothing is like described! Since my Installation the 18th of July more than 100 pips in loss!
And vendor is not at all willing to give refund, he will only answer by e-Mail instead: "every Robot will make losses, this is normal! "

This is true, but not in such a way: very small gains and high SL and losses in a row.
I agree in full what Victor has written in his Review below, I feel frauded.

Stay away! It is not worth, even to watch it, because the vendor is dishonest, unethical behavior.

I bought and installed the Forex Scalpino Robot on 05.July, as is praised in the website of Forex Scalpino Robot:

"Forex Scalpino Robot is a simple system in every way,
from installation to choosing your risk settings."

"You have all 60 days to see if its right for you. If after
60 days you are not satified with the performance of Forex
Scalpino Robot Expert Advisor, then we will refund your money
with no questions asked."

The practice is rather different. During a trading period 07/05/13 to
07/11/13 I had a loss of 131 USD (all on July 10.) at my real account and stopped the trading with this EA.

I informed Scalpino Forex Robot on July 15. about and asked for refund my money. The answer regarding repayment was: "Sorry, but you don´t have reason for refund".
The answer regarding my loss was: "If you made loss at 10/July, you need to check Economic Calendar, then happen 3 news whit highest impact on market (FOMC, Bernanke speech..),
almost in same time. Our EA is news sensitive and not news trade EA. It's scalper EA, and every scalper EA is news sensitive."


Summary:
The praising on the website "simple system" is not correct. This EA is at best a semi-automated system in which of a daily basis of the news of the Economic Calendar must decide, whether to act or not.

The repayment guarantee is a farce, because the decisions of the customer are not accept.

Based on my experience I must advise before buying this EA. There are more reputable provider for EAs.
