FP Markets Most Helpful Customer Reviews
The service of FP Markets is very good.
The most professional team. Superior platform
Jul 15, 2021 - No Rating This platform has the most professional team. Everything works perfectly well, from deposits/ withdrawals as well as verifications. Customer protection and security is their other name. I just love trading with FPmarkets.
Withdrawn after I posted review for complaining on FPA.
Mar 30, 2023 - 1 Star My account number is 63512691. Trading at FP markets for couple of years. At Mar. 2nd, I win the profit, then applied withdraw. But nothing happening. Client support team keep the same replying : Keeping waiting. The account manager also say sorry he couldn't help more. Almost one month pass, I still cannot withdraw. Please keep an eye on this broker.
Reply by FP_Markets submitted Apr 5, 2023 Dear AlexYu1972,
We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience.
Please be advised that withdrawal requests are handled by FP Markets in a timely manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions that are already accepted by our clients.
Therefore, our review shows that specific parameters were not met, hence the delay. We are more than happy to contact us directly and explain. However, we can see that the amount was eventually withdrawn.
Kind regards,
FP Markets

UPDATE to my case. FPmarkets still ignoring me...
"Dear Mate,
Please be advised that we have identified abusive trading on your account(s) and as a result we will be disabling trading and terminating your account effective immediately.
As per the client agreement 1.1 we define the Abusive trading to be:
“Abusive Trading” shall mean the following actions, but not limited to, pip-hunting, scalping, arbitrage, manipulations or exploitation of any temporal and/or minor inaccuracy in any rate or price offered on the Trading Platform, a combination of faster/slower feeds, use of any robots, spiders or other automated data entry system with the Trading Platform (unless the Client receives express written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot), violation of the Client’s obligations under paragraph 2 of Appendix."
Under clause 25.1 (o) and 25.2 (g) we reserve the right to cancel profits gained through abusive trading.

As you can see they don not specify anything, and just come with general statements, which could be applied to any trading strategy. They call is proof, I call it primitive SCAM. They are advertised as a company with a perfect conditions for a EAs, but happens to be, that you must get a written consent by the Company prior to activating the robot. I will quote information featured on their website: "FP Markets provide ideal conditions for scalping and EAs with no minimal distance between the spread." This is FPmarkets themselves! I cant believe that the people who are doing this to me wrote: "No price manipulation, no requotes and no dealing desk". They are a joke. I will continue to post communication updates. At least they are replying to me here. And the statement that their team has provided official reply me is a LIE!
Nov 27, 2021 - 1 Star I have been trading with them for over 6 months. My account number is: 8164066. During trading everything was perfect: spreads, pricing execution, but when I submitted a withdrawal issues started. I requested a withdrawal of 4.6K, and it was not processed in time. After communication with the support, my withdrawal was put on hold and only 2K were returned. My account was cancelled, all my data was deleted. The risk team does not reply to me and they do not agree to speak with me over the phone. Hopefully, I have all the trading history and data saved so I can contact the regulator. If somebody thinks that they are reliable brokers, they are wrong. They are regular marketmakers who do not want you to make profits and if you made profits they simply cancel it for some unrealistic reasons. So basically if you want to trade, make profits and get your deserved money they are definitely not for you! I hope this is going to be the way to get some feedback from them.
Reply by FP_Markets submitted Dec 1, 2021 Dear Mate,
We acted according to the FP Markets Client Agreement which you can find in the list of our CFD Accounts Legal Documents.
We have conclusive evidence that your account was engaging in abusive trading practices and therefore we have refunded your initial deposits.
Our team provided you with an official reply addressing your concerns.
If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.
Kind Regards,
FP Markets

FP Markets cancelled $37,596 profit after prior confirmation - RETROACTIVE
I contacted their support on Feb 1st (Representative: Giannls) and received explicit written confirmation that my trading strategy was allowed. After making a profit of $37,596.29 on Amazon CFDs and Forex, they suddenly cancelled all my gains.
The most suspicious part? They only sent a "migration notice" to a St. Lucia entity on Feb 6th - the exact same day I closed my winning trades. They are using their Australian ASIC-regulated brand to attract clients, but when you win, they move you to an offshore entity to avoid paying.
I have all the screenshots of the chat confirmation and the trade statements.
I have already filed a formal complaint with AFCA (Australia).
STAY AWAY if you plan on actually winning, because they will find a way to take your money back.
I like this broker because it has copy trade and very excellent spread.
FP Markets nullified my profits and closed my accounts without evidence
On 20/08/2025, FP Markets nullified my profits (e.g., USD 15,514.14 on 8103****), closed my accounts, and returned deposits only. On 21/08/2025, I gave 5 business days to provide an order-by-order settlement and technical evidence (logs, latencies, quoted vs executed, liquidity) and requested a Spanish-language call. No response. My trading was directional WTI, swaps charged, closed at market open (no latency-arb). Complaint filed with SVG FSA and notified The Financial Commission. Seeking reinstatement or mediation with verifiable proof.
I think they stole my account.
Subject: Did you steal my account?
"Good evening.
This is my last attempt to recover my account before I consider it stolen and take unpleasant actions against you. I advise you to contact your company's management.
My full name is (...).
My MT4 account number is (...) and the current balance is 181.78 euros. As Fig. 1 attached also shows in the mail section, the account was probably created on 2021/12/27.
I signed up with your broker when it was just regulated by ASIC, to have access to the 1:200 leverage. (...)
I was inactive in the real account for a few years, and now I can't access the client portal because none of my emails are accepted. This is probably because the only portal I can access from my location is in Cyprus and I registered in Australia/New Zealand.
I think my account has already been transferred to Europe because the leverage indicated by one of the EAs is 1:30. But you didn't inform me about this, nor did I authorize it.
I'll wait for you to resolve this until the end of this week. Please tell me which "entity" my MT4 account belongs to and help me log into the Client Portal.
Since you have all the information you need to help me, you won't do it unless you can't, due to the fact that my account was stolen by your company. (...)
Have a good week."
This was the response I received:

HUGE SLIPPAGE ITS INSANE !!
Warning about FP Markets – massive slippage and zero accountability
I’m a signal provider using FP Markets’ internal copy trading system. Recently, I experienced unjustified slippage of 3 pips total per trade – 1.5 pips on entry and 1.5 pips on exit – across multiple follower accounts, even though the trades were mirrored directly through their platform.
The difference between the master trade and the first follower trade is clear and documented – massive discrepancies on highly liquid pairs like EUR/USD and GBP/USD, during calm market hours and with moderate trade sizes (5 lots).
When I raised the issue, FP Markets refused to take responsibility, basically saying it’s just "market depth" and implying it's my fault — even though the copier system and execution are entirely controlled by them.
This is not just poor service — this is manipulation and a scam. If you care about transparency and fair execution, I strongly advise staying away from FP Markets.
