WARNING:  January 2014 This company attempted to join the FPA's Performance Testing Program using a cent account with less than $10 in it.   When asked about this, the company's representative lied to the FPA and claimed the account was not a cent account.  The FPA verified the true balance and that the account was a cent account with the broker.

The FPA recommends EXTREME CAUTION dealing with this company.
