Over priced poop. They are so damn cheap they run software firewalls in virtual machines. I mean you cannot make this up.
 This is the equivalent of using dial up modem.
They are all sales and no engineering. They just sell promises. Their network is the worst and all their vps are so oversubscribed is not even funny. I was using dedicated machines and for about 6 months I had such horrific service I would have been better off using my residential cable internet service - would have been faster.
If you care about speed STAY AWAY!

Cancellation within 24 hours and not being able to access VPS or IP ADDRESS

Charged for services I never received. Customer service very poor once you have a dispute.

Terrible Service

I have got a dedicated (Emerald) server from them for 200 Pounds per month, and I was barely able to log in to it and do basic activities. The server was extremely slow and laggy 99% of the time that i was unable to perform any task on it, and no to forget during the news time it was completely down! and their customer service is just useless!!

Expensive for what I was offered at £50.00 a month and could not even cope with the MT4 platform running a EA. It was very slow and sluggish.

Like talking to robot when contacting support...I thought Americans are bad. Very slow connection to out of european continent. Sometimes resets by itself. Shocking,.

Experience setting up Beeks VPS

Just wanted to share on experience I had with Beeks today. I had problems setting up my VPS and Arvin was extremely patient and walked me thru the ENTIRE set up process even moving to another host so that everything would work. He spent almost 1 hour with me without any signs of frustration and did an excellent job. I needed to put this on record that he is probably the most helpful CS I have ever encountered and needs to be commended. Thank you very much Arvin for all your help and kind assistance. Beeks Rocks!!!

horrible service - i am moving

Horrible. They were down this weekend for most of Saturday. No notification...nothing. It seems they hired some new person as sales and the service has become horrific - didn't think that was possible but it is.

shoddy and rude service

I've never had such shoddy and above all rude service in my life. You submit a ticket - no response. Then when it takes another 2 weeks maybe to evince a response and you get yelled at.

We need a little more competition in this space as apparently there is none and beeks can do as they wish.
