Update to my original Review

After many emails, I was finally contacted by David Leigh on the European Desk who helped me resolve the issue. I had more than $100 that I wanted to withdraw due to a family loss. It was very distressing and they way my case was handled was totally unprofessional, in my view. No-one would help me with this issue because the man I usually dealt with was unavailable. Plus I had an open trade which I did not know I had to close before I could withdraw my money.
Finally, I have had my monies returned to me after much distress and unnecessary drama. I did write to them informing them they needed to improve their communication and professionalism when dealing with clients, especially when you (the client) are emailing and calling them and they are not respond to your queries. Lets hope they will do better in this area in the future.,

May 13, 2019 - 1 Star Can someone from Tradetime Compliance get in contact with me so that my funds can be returned to me. I have requested legally and lawfully the return of my unused funds and I have been ignored. This company is such a let down. I thought they were genuine. Ben Miller was the contact I had there.

Please do not invest in this company they are rip off merchants. I am going to report them and try and get my Bank to help me get my funds back.

TradeTime.com not responding after withdrawal request

I have been dealing with TradeTime since October 2018, and now for the last 2 weeks they are either just ignoring me or they ceased to exist. They do not respond to any of my email requests, which out of desperation I sent to all the account managers I dealt with in the past as well as the emails given on their website, such as support, compliance, finance. This started happening just after I requested a withdrawal from my account.

I thoroughly recommend this gentleman

I first came across Tradetime when I was exploring the "Bitcoin Revolution" on the internet. I was cautious to say the least having read about Rogue dealers etc. It soon became clear that Tradetime was a very competent company. and went ahead and joined the company. Having gone through the security checks I was eventually introduced to my fund manager Ethan Harris. I was embarrassed by my lack of computer skills but Nathen has the patience of a saint and slowly talked me through the details of how to trade, what to do and what not to do without being pushy. He has been a tremendous help.

Traded with Tradetime.com over last few weeks and the service I got was great, I deposited a good sum of money but unfortunately due to my own personal circumstances (needing my trading money to move house) I had to withdraw all my money. TradeTime Scam warning

Recently, I chanced upon the advertisement by TradeTime offering a 100 dollars no-deposit-required bonus on investing.com.

I went on to create an account with TradeTime and received the USD 100 bonus in my TradeTime account. After two weeks of trading using that USD 100 bonus, I've managed to profit an additional USD 102. Afterwhich, I attempted to withdraw USD 100 (being the minimum withdrawal amount via wire transfer as stated on its platform). Five days later, my withdrawal request was 'cancelled' by TradeTime. Thinking that perhaps there were some technical issues, I emailed TradeTime for an explanation and made another withdrawal request. After 2 days, my 2nd withdrawal request was cancelled again and there is still no response from TradeTime's support as to why the withdrawal was cancelled. I have gone through the entire terms and conditions and see that there is no requirement for a deposit before a withdrawal could be made.

Please do not be one of those that have not just wasted their time trading on TradeTime but also deposited money and to realise later that they could not make any withdrawals.

money taken from my bank account without permission told I could
only lose $75 of the $1500 dollars taken from my bank account $500 of which I did not authorise my account is now $47 phone calls that do not happen The fast talking hard sell I feel ashamed that I fell for it.

Fraud, Scams company

Be careful, this company will scam and fraud you.
I signed up in April 2019, my account manager name was Ben Muller. Ben was a good manager he keeps to his promises. I started with $500, later he asked me for more money, and I deposited another $2500. We had an agreement that I can withdraw $150 every month, the first month was fine no complained. In June I got a phone call that Ben has left the company my new account manager name is Leo Young, I later received phone call from Leo introducing himself as my new account manager and want me to deposit more money I told him the agreement between me and Ben Muller about the withdrawal he said if I deposit the money I will get more than that I told him am traveling I will deposit when am back in July. In July he called me for the deposit I told him I put in withdrawal for June $150, but it has not been approved he promised to investigate it. In July I deposited another $1255, after confirming the deposit I told me what to do on my account after that he said I should not do anything on the account only to be checking the balance. I called and email him to inform him that I need to withdraw some he didn’t reply On July 30 I put in a withdrawal of $6000 because the money in my account was $12000 plus, he called me immediately, he said I cannot withdraw now because he what me to withdraw around $10,000-$15,000 at once because the market is doing good, as usual, he asked me to trade after he repeated the same comments “don’t touch the account only check your balance”. He said I should inform him before I put in an withdrawal a week after my balance has gone up to $21,000 I called he didn’t call back I email Leo to informed him that I need to withdraw some amount he didn’t reply my email 3 days later when I checked my account all the $21000 has gone my account balance was shoeing Minus $475.64 I called and email him several times no response I complained through the contact us two days later he called me that I made a complained against him I asked what happened to all the money in my account he said the market collapsed, I asked him if the market collapsed can it take more than what you have in your account? How come about the minus $475.64 he said I shouldn’t worry with that I asked him what about my money he said he will rediscover my account for me. I remind him about the promised I was told when I started that if anything happens to your account you will get your money back. He told him to give him time to rediscover my account since then I have called and sent emails without any response, I wrote a complaint letter to the compliance department no one gets back to me.
My advice to anyone that has an interest in trading is to be careful of this company they are a scammer.

Hello people, I have deposited 500 USD and I'm trying to get my money back from the broker TradeTime.com. Passed more than 2 weeks since I have asked the withdrawal but they refuse to send me my money. I have sent them many emails asking about the withdrawal request but never got an answer from their side. They totally ignore my emails.

They want only make people deposit and than lose their funds, this company is totally scam, all existing clients of tradetime should not deposit anymore any cent on this scam company because they will steal your money.

Fraud, scam company

Be careful of those people absolutely scams and frauds people they closed my account and they stole from over€29000

Mar 22, 2018 - No Rating I signed up with trade time last November when I saw an advert on instagram. Then they start calling me every day to deposit money and they convinced me to deposit money first was €500 then €5000 until I reached €17500 then they will ad you some stupid bonuses on purpose so you can’t cash your profits until you make 1000 of trades. they kept pushing me put more put more money all the time.I started trading after they showed me a guy called Mike Lucas , trading was good start making money until I reached over €29000 not because of them but I was doing my researches. Their trading signal is really bad , anyway after I made so much money I asked them to cash my profit and they told you only can withdraw you equity not the profit until you reach 1000 lot of trading which is enormous .
The guy called Ethan Harris is a donkey, he is rude and very bad guy and all he kept saying to me you have been trading with our bonuses and you can’t take your profit so I decided to withdraw my money after two weeks and they took my profit of €29300, so I’m warming anyone be careful because those people are scams frauds conman

I decided to make a deposit started with €500 and after5000 then after 12000 until I reached €17500 and they will add you some love making bonuses so you never can take your profits you make until you make 1000 of trades.,They’ve showed me how to trade a guy called Mike Lucas and I started believing in him like a nice guy.
Then I have started to trade open lots of trades I was doing my on research
Because once you opened the trade they don’t care if you lose or win money what they care is their profit and commission they kept changing the commissions,spreads and the swaps without telling me .
Then I decided to trade on my own and I started to make good profits until February I made €29340 then I decided to cash some profits and the guy who works there is called Nethan Harris is big idiot and he told me that the profit belong to company not to you as you have used company’s money not your money and then I discovered the truth that they are fraud scam and cons
I withdrew my money and it took me 2weeks to get my money bank and they stole my profit of €29340
My advice to anyone don’t use them scums because you will end up losing money with them
