They have serious billing issues and have an autopay paid through Paypal. I upgraded my server and they screwed up the billing then their autopay on their end was not updated to include the additional $18 a month. Because of their own screw up they disabled my VPS messing with all accounts copying from my master trade account nearly cost me $5,000. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOSERS.
