What I like about capital.com is the first impression. Website and mobile app look professional. The connection to TradingView is another big plus. Depositing money wasn't super easy since most credit card companies simply block payments to brokers.
The direct bank transfer however was easy, just a little expensive (5% fee for currency conversion).
I very much like the fact that many products are offered (forex, crypto, stock, indices ...), so there's a good variety of things you can trade.
So much for the pros. Here are the cons.
While the mobile app looks really nice, it doesn't work very reliable. It disconnects from your account quite often (spinning wheel).
The connection to TradingView breaks frequently as well. On a typical trading day I have to initiate the reconnect probably 3 to 4 times.
But here are the really big issues.
capital.com doesn't offer any good support channel, like a chat. It's impossible to find help when you're on their trading platform. They do offer a really stupid chat bot that isn't helpful at all. In fact it makes visitors and clients angry.
But the number 1 BIG ISSUE is that capital.com doesn't offer a Trailing Stop Loss feature on trades. This alone would be reason enough not to use them, IMO.

We do not work with ToolTraders any more and I’m sorry you had a disappointing experience with them. Capital.com doesn’t work with MT4 or MT5 as we only operate with our own unique trading tool at this stage.
Capital.com follows one of the strictest standards and legal requirements to prevent money laundering and financial crime. A withdrawal request always goes through when all the required documents are up to date on a trading account. All the documents requested by our team is to ensure that you are an actual holder of your trading account and bank card/ account that have been provided, your funds have not been involved in any illegal activity and are withdrawn to a bank account of an owner of the trading account: in simpler words, we need to make sure that the funds from your trading account will go directly to your bank account. These measures are based on the guidance by AML and recommendations by FATF. The copies of all documents should be genuine and not be graphically amended. As soon as the identity and the ownership of card/account is established, we process withdrawal to the card used to deposit funds. Occasionally, such transaction may get declined for various reasons including by an issuer bank. It is a general rule for all our users from any country to provide an IBAN. From our record of the correspondence with you, it doesn’t appear there has been a mentioning that your account would be closed, and money would be kept indefinitely. If funds have legal grounding, they are always returned back to the card/account used at the time of depositing. As per our record, your funds have been withdrawn on July 23rd and you have received them.

But they claim it is not their problem. It is the problem of neteller which I use this method to withdrawal. They claim I need to wait for the reply from neteller.
But already 1 month passed, no reply
I still have USD 229.86 in my account

Jun 5, 2020 - 1 Star I joined Capital.com this year 2020 .. l was on there platform today in my P&L l had - £390 .
The automated system alerted me too deposit more money .. l pressed on the deposit button too deposit more money. Then l noticed that the P&L was no longer showing and the £390 had dissapeared .. l tried contacting the company by phone 36 times and got no answer l sent 10 emails too no avail. There is no support from capital.com l dont know were my money has gone however capital.com now has too explain how and were my money is. I have emailed capital.com for a managers address. bought positions and sold, when the virgin galactic fell by a piece, they set the value of the jump themselves, and first started a jump down where my account closed, but the jump down but did not start the sold position
