no problem with RTFX . their platform is fine and without problem . Spreads larger near news ...but like other brokers platform I've used.

I am not a super active currency trader so take my review with a bit of salt. I opened an account 3 years ago, did max 30 trades in total. So far my experience with them is very good. I like the application very much, written in Java so it runs on any platform (the main reason why I chose them). I run it mainly on my MacBook Pro at home with WIFI network and never had any single issue. It's fast and reliable. The security is very good too, they can set and authorize logins for some IPs only.

Because I did not have any issues, I can't really rate properly the support, but each time I needed them they were there to answer the phone and help me out. They are courteous and professional. They moved their operations last year from Switzerland to Malta and did that by sending all necessary documents and information in advance, they even called me and I had an extensive conversation with one of their managers. All in all I rate them good and not excellent because of some of their currency spreads (AUDJPY for instance) that they could narrow in my opinion. But as I am mainly taking directional positions for at least few days it's not much of an issue.

I started an account with Realtimeforex about 6 months ago and am very happy with them. The platform works great (works on a Mac too!) and provides very fast trading. Its real-time and instantaneous...I think maybe I've had a handful of times in the past 6 months where I couldn't get a trade in right away and that was due to major volume from an economic release... When I pull money out, I get a check in a couple of weeks (they are in Switzerland after all)....I'm happy and I have spoken with their reps over the phone a couple of times and all very professional and courteous....

Comment below are not honest and I wonder if I can trust this site to influence my opinion.
They are honest and they have a very good custom service, they also organize a big trading challenge in France "the french currency championship at http://www.capital.fr/bourse/participez-reagissez/championnat-des-devises-2009 .They propose fixed spread and they have a dealing desk but the plateform is very intuitiv .

This is very strange, I check our database and don't find any "bruno" in Spain, neither any "Hussein, Al Ain" in our client's database !!!

Bucket shop, inexistent support, no follow up with any of your request and above all terrible trading software. I closed my account, and received my funds 3 1/2 weeks later...I guess they tried to gain time on their monthly fixed deposit with clients funds...not serious!!

Good till you make money trading news. When they see you doing do, they will execute your orders manually and you will get a very huge slippage. Avoid it.
