Xpro trade nothing but scammers since day one, They were recommended by this guy who sells Ea” online aviod him as well his a scammer Giovanni is his name he’s from Italy , I should looked into them because they were not regulated any where! I deposited 24 k and they scammed out my accout. Was up 34k and they never let me withdraw!beware of these guys I think the same guys are doing it under another company name

In the summer of 2018, I opened a trading account with a broker XproTrade: 100968. I made a deposit with a bank card = $ 250. He earned a profit and opened a second trading account 101247. He earned a profit again. I ordered the withdrawal of my initial deposit of $ 250 to my bank card. After several letters, they finally returned me $ 250.
On April 19, 2019, I ordered a withdrawal of $ 650 in my bank account.
Today is May 9th. Broker does not withdraw money. I wrote more than 10 letters in different mail. In response - 0 letters !!! I read other reviews about this broker and I realized that broker XProTrade is a Scammers.
I lost on account 100968 = 659 dollars, on account 101247 = 1009 dollars. Total = 1668 dollars. I do not recommend this broker.

So this is an update about my experience trading at xprotrade.com. Joseph Kantor wrote to me using this email compliance@xprotrade.com, that our account were ceased, we were not able to make withdrawal, he said the trades were being "investigated". This is due some of our trades were below 2 minutes, and their terms and conditions is not allowing anyone to trade below 2 minutes.

After so they called investigation, they found out that some of our trades were below 2 minutes. Yes we were scalping, and yes some of our trades were below 2 minutes, but not all of them. Over 50% of our trades were well above 2 minutes, therefore they need to deduct some of our profits, so they said. But in reality they took ALL of our profits we made, including those we made from trading above 2 minutes!!! My question that they never answered afterwards was what was the point of the investigation if at the end they will deduct ALL of our profits anyway!!!! Stupid broker!!! In fact they have never replied to my email anymore until today.

And to make it worst, they are not just took away our profits, but they never returned the initial deposit we made, until the day i wrote this review. They simply steal our money, and they don't bother to reply any of our emails anymore.

Their live chat service has been inactive for weeks now.

This made them not just as another scam broker, but also a thief! Joseph Kantor and everyone at his company xprotrade.com are making money from scamming people and stealing people's money. Shame on you guys!!!

Don't forget this name either, Joseph Kantor, he might move from one broker to another broker, wherever he work in any broker it must be another scam broker. They might will change their website name from xprotrade.com to another to scam more people. Scammers will always be scammers.

Do not invest at this broker! You will not get your money back! Only trade at brokers regulated in trustworthy regulatory i.e. FCA, ASIC, FSA etc.

Feb 5, 2019 - 1 Star I made a deposit of $500 at this broker, and my wife also put $700. We were trading for a week and managed to turned my $500 to 1500 and my wife's $700 to $1700, then i wanted to test withdrawal which were rejected as all of the trades were less than 120 seconds as per their terms and conditions, fine the deleted all of our profits.

So we both trading again while making sure all trades were open above 120 seconds, and i managed to turned my $500 to 2,700 and my wife's $1000 to $3000 in nearly 2 weeks, so we both wanted to withdraw the profits for a test, then this is when the problem come. Our withdrawal status were rejected with unknown reason, they asked us at their backoffice area to contact our account manager Nicholas Gabriel, who has been ignoring my emails and skype calls. I emailed them numerously times and no one seems to respond them. So we resubmitted our withdrawals and they have been pending for over a week until the day i wrote this review. Their live support used to be online, but since i contacted them and they promised me that they will call me but they never did which was a week ago, now live support went offline every single day.

They have my money from initial deposit and with the profits and they don't show any good will that they will resolve this, they simply ignore me. These people are thieves, scammers who make a living by scamming people.

Nicholas Gabriel called me numerously times a day for weeks chasing me to make deposit, when i finally did (which i regret a lot) and made profit, he and everyone at this company simply ignore me, they don't care, they got what they want.

I have also registered as IB, i have 2 other clients who deposit $1000 each, and both account had grown to 2700 but same thing happen to them, initial deposit and profit cannot be withdrawn and emails been ignored.

Don't be stupid like me, stay away from this people, only trade at regulated brokers in trustworthy countries FCA regulated, ASIC, CySEC etc.

Can FPA do something to help me out and my wife also my clients to get our money back?
