I can’t believe how amazing it has been dealing with Fusion Markets. Their customer support has been excellent. They are quick and responsive with any questions I have. They really care about me being happy with the service.
FusionMarkets have a great range of products to trade and their spreads and fees are the lowest I was able to find. I am really excited to be working with this broker.

The real dependable broker
Service use: Live
Length of use: 6-12 Months
Client since August 2022.
FM is a very dependable broker. It provides tight spread with low commission. It supports client with a 24x365 real human presence, always ready and willing to assist and solve any possible issue, providing advise and suggestions through the online chat. They answer to your email, even on saturday/sunday night; it's just a matter of a couple of hours max.
Withdrawal goes smoothly and you get your money back in few days. Personally I made more than 10 withdrawal from Australia to Europe and got my money on my credit card in 3 working days. Withdrawal to bank account in EUR goes through the SEPA process without any banking commission/fee.
Deposit/withdrawal and inter-account transfers are easy and quick.
The only improve I feel necessary regards the test environment since FM has a very poor historical data (at tick level) which forces you to use other's brokers platform to perform your tests.

Best broker hands down

Been looking for a broker with fair spreads but never thought I’d find spreads like Fusion does. Customer service was top notch the other day, I had an issue with a crypto deposit and they helped me out right away. Lowest spreads I’ve seen on BTC so far. I’m glad I found them and hope to have them around for a long time.

One of the best Forex Brokers in the industry
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
This is an update from my previous review where I gave them a 1 star. The company made many changes that I complained about which now has made the trading experience on their platforms much more fair and enjoyable.
Here are the changes I didn't like that they changed:
1) Demo and Live account mechanics were different. On demo accounts there were no slippage. It was instant execution. On Live accounts, there were slippages because when you used one-click, it would always ask for confirmation. This was every annoying and it limited traders to managing trades one at a time which was very inefficient. The real trading experience in Live account was different from demo account. This has been corrected. So now, both environment are the same. Most forex brokers scam users like this by the way, in Demo environment it is completely set up differently from the real Live accounts. I'm please that Fusion Market has made both environment the same so you are getting the real experience when practicing in demo.
2) They corrected the settings in MT5 that allowed invalid trades to be executed. Before if you made a Sell order, you can input any number, even if you put the TP above the purchased price, MT5 would accept the order. This type of order would result in you losing profits obviously. It has been corrected. Now, if you make typos and you put it TP that is not valid for a Sell Order, it doesn't get executed. This is very helpful and critical for the new traders so they don't lose money by making typos.
3) They looked into one of my trades where i complained about chart manipulation and it turned out that, it was the Sydney session which caused the massive price fluctuation. I didn't know it was the Sydney session at the time hence I didn't know that it would cause that. Now, it's be clarified. I trust trading on their platform now.
Overall, I prefer Fusion Markets over every other forex broker that I have been thoroughly researching and investing. I like that they respond to customers complaints (unlike IC Markets) and they take proactive measures to ensure customer satisfaction. This is very important for customer retention, trust and sustainability.
May 7, 2022 - 1 Star I was very happy and impress with this broker. Everything was great about it, the service, site, customer service and commissions. I did one trade with them and saw the manipulation on the feeds. I was profiting then all of a sudden my MT5 starts glitching, views changing, one of my trades was down - €500 even though it was suppose to be in the profit. It was the strangest thing I have ever seen. Needless to say, I didn't trust the company after it. I exit the trades with some profits and withdrew all my money and ran for the hills. LOL...
Reply by Fusion Markets submitted May 12, 2022 Hi AM,
Thanks for your feedback
We've provided you with one trade investigation that related to bid and ask pricing on a sell trade. Sell trades open at the bid and close at the ask, and MT4 pricing only creates candles based on bids. We went into great detail in our trade investigations for you to help explain this further but appreciate it can be confusing when you're starting out.
In relation to your - €500 trade, as you know, we have attempted to request further information for you via email. We are an honest and transparent broker and will do all we can to provide you with data so that you are confident in what took place on the platform. Our team member, Xavier, has asked for this. We eagerly await your reply to help us understand this.
Say what you will about MT4/MT5, but there is a reason it's the #1 platform for FX Trading of retail clients across the world. It's incredibly reliable and robust and is not prone to "glitching" or "views changing" out of the blue. Otherwise, all brokers here on FPA would receive similar reviews about the same platform.
We appreciate that you admire our service, and we're sorry to hear you feel we're manipulating trades. We are happy to work with you on any trade investigations you'd like us to look for at any time and believe in being as transparent as possible to help shine some light on any issues you've had with the platform.

Fusion Markets has been the best broker for me as far as I know.
They have the lowest trading costs ,nice, fast and personalised support and a great range of products to trade.
In my case, I only trade AUD/USD, and their 0 spread on this pair is amazing, and even with high volatility with economic events, spreads rise only to 1.5 - 3 pips during short seconds and after that they stabilize again, so in this aspect they are very good for scalping traders. On the other hand, comissions are really low compared to other brokers.

Massive 28 USD off-market price spike triggered my SL Fusion Markets refuse
Service use: Live
Length of use: over 1 Year
I got completely screwed over by Fusion Markets during the market open on the May 26-27 session. I was running a short position (Sell) on XAUUSD with 0.71 lots. My entry was at 4506.92 and I had a protective Stop Loss set at 4512.41.Out of nowhere, Fusion Markets executed my Stop Loss at a ridiculous price of 4540.24. This resulted in an immediate loss of -2,033.51 USD. That is a massive slippage of almost 28 USD over my stop level.
I did a thorough cross-broker analysis for that exact 1-minute candle to see if this move was real. It wasn't. The data from other platforms proves that this price spike was entirely phantom: One broker's absolute high on that candle was 4511.79 (which is below my SL, meaning my trade shouldn't even have been touched). Another broker's price feed stayed completely below 4507.57. Centralized COMEX Gold Futures registered absolutely no trading volume at Fusion’s execution levels and held around 4492.00.Fusion Markets filled my order nearly 28 USD higher than their direct ECN competitor (IC Markets).
When I raised this issue with their support and escalated it to senior management, they tried to blame "market conditions and geopolitics". They refused a financial refund for this clear bad tick and only offered me 30 commission-free lots as a "goodwill gesture". This is a joke compared to my 2k loss. I rejected their offer and I am taking this case to external authorities. Avoid trading market opens with them, their spreads are highly unsafe

Hi Petr762,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this situation has been and we want to address your concerns as clearly as possible.
We have thoroughly investigated this and can confirm that the price movement you experienced on XAUUSD was not isolated to our platform. This spike occurred during market open, which coincided with the daily market rollover, a period known for reduced liquidity and wider spreads across the industry. We have been able to cross-verify this with other broker data and can confirm the price movement was consistent across multiple platforms during that window.
Your position was closed because your account's margin level fell below the required threshold, which automatically triggers a closure to prevent the account from going further into negative balance. This is a standard risk management mechanism and operates independently of any stop loss or take profit orders.
We have done our best to explain the circumstances thoroughly and remain available should you wish to discuss this further at help@fusionmarkets.com.

Hi IbraheemForex,
Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we understand your frustration.
To clarify what happened: your withdrawal was sent directly to the same wallet address confirmed in our records as the source of your original crypto deposit. This is our standard policy for deposit-withdrawal transactions, funds are returned to the exact wallet used to fund the account. This is a security and compliance measure, not a processing error.
You've mentioned that this address may actually be an internal routing wallet used by Bybit, rather than your personal wallet. If that's the case, this would be something specific to how Bybit handles deposits and routes funds on their end, not something within our visibility or control once the funds are sent.
We'd strongly encourage you to reach out to Bybit directly with the transaction hash we've already provided, so they can trace exactly where the funds landed and clarify how their wallet routing works for your account.
We're happy to help with anything further at help@fusionmarkets.com.

Missing withdrawal of 7,700 EUR on 10 March 2026 and incorrect proof
Service use: Live
Length of use: 6-12 Months
I've been trading with Fusion Markets almost a year and had no problem until my latest withdrawal attempts. Jumping straight to the point:
10 March 2026: I request 7,700 EUR withdrawal, which they promptly accepted. 7 days later I still havent recieved the money and my previous experience with their withdrawal is that they are fast, so Im a bit surprised.
17 March 2026: I go to live chat and request the order payment so I can work with my bank on what the issue is. Fusion Markets tell me that money should have arrived by now and will ask their finance department about the document of sending. They will email me the payment order. This will take 24 hours. Okey.
18 March 2026: No additional response via email, I go back to live chat. After some back and forth they send me a PDF of a withdrawal. Problem is its not the one Im worried about, but an old one from September 2025. So I wasted 24 hours for this and nobody on their side noticed? Okey. They will send me the correct one in the next 24 hours.
19 March 2026: I go into live chat for the 3rd time, because I have recieved no email as promised. They see I have a ticket and will send me the PDF. They send me the same PDF. September 2025. At this point Im seriously worried about the status of my withdrawal and the competency of everyone involved in producing one single document via one single email correctly. They even assure me my case is escalated to "high priority" and the cofounders are informed about it. Those beautiful words will give you the idea that things will be resolved fast? Lets see. I send them an official email, CC-ing also Phil Horner and David Swinden via their fusionmarket official emails. I explain the situatuion and add my latest live chat with their agent. I recieve an answer (First email i recieve from them) that what happened is unacceptable and they will provide answers in 24 hours, as per my request.
20 March 2026: Having lost faith in Fusion Markets, i withdrew the remaining money in my account of 21,244.85 EUR. 24 hours passed and ofcouse I have no response or proof of sending the original 7,700 EUR. I recieved an email that my funds are on their way ( the 21k ), but I recieved the same automated email for the 7,700 EUR too. I sent them another email highlighting that yet again there is no proof despite the words they say.
Currently my impression of this situation is that they are patient and sweet talking, which most of their reviews say, and this is correct, but Im more worried about my money. At this point, the absence of any evidence strongly suggests that no such transaction record exists for this withdrawal.

I have been with Fusionmarkets for a while now & experience has been good.
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
I mostly trade forex. Sometimes I also trade indices. the spreads are pretty good. I do not feel like I am always paying a lot money in costs. The commissions are decent. MT5 works fine for me and its stable. My Orders go through without any problems. I have not seen anything weird happen during normal times.
I tested a withdrawal early on with this company because I have been burned before by other brokers. The withdrawal went through without any problems. I did not need to contact the support team or resend my document times, which is really good.
When it comes to support I have only had to get in touch with them one or two times. The people who replied to me did not answer away but what they said made sense and they actually gave me a real answer to my question.
They did not just send me a response that I could have found somewhere else.
It kind of does what it’s supposed to do. For me, that’s enough. I am still using it and dont really see a reason to stop.

very good spread and slippage but withdraw time is sometimes very slow. It don't have copy trade system also, I think I may return to trade on this broker if the broker improve the withdraw time and have copy trade.
