September 2020: GIV-Capital's "Our Regulation" section of its "About" page claims that they are regulated by the Saint Vincent and Grenadines FSA. The SVG FSA allows forex, crypto, and binary brokers to register, but does NOT provide any regulation of trading activities or protect broker clients in any way.

The same section claims they are partnere with Windsor Brokers and gives Windsor's CySEC number 030/04. The only approved domain for that CySEC ID applies to clients using WindsorBrokers.eu.
