Moneta Markets Review

This is an update to my previous review.  I'd like to inform the community that Moneta Markets contacted me and fixed the issue entirely. They said there was an error in the system and corrected it. My deposit is fully available for withdrawal now. I am very satisfied with the resolution. Thank you to Moneta and to the FPA moderator who were always helpful and assisted me in this matter.

Sep 9, 2023 - 2 Stars I had a little equity with Moneta Markets and received an email offering me $50 in "credit" to my account if I submitted a review on Google. They didn't specifically ask for a positive review. Just a review. I did write and submit the review and the $50 credit soon appeared in my account. But note: my balance didn't change. Only my equity did. That means it was money I could not withdraw. It was just, say, a little extra margin. I was fine with that.

So I lost all my equity and was left with only the credit. Rather than topping up my account, I just tried my luck with the remaining "credit." It didn't work, it was too small so I lost it too. OK. That happens.

But now I deposited $400 and again, my balance is $350 plus $50 of "credit" so my equity is $400. I can't withdraw $400. I can only withdraw $350. I checked.

So the $50 was not a gift. It was a loan. I have to pay it now. I have to cover the $50 before I can withdraw $400. So they didn't pay me for a review, they just loaned $50. That was never clear to me. I don't like this arrangement at all. If I had know, I wouldn't have used the "credit."

This company is the best broker I have ever used !

They provide excellent service and always respond to you quickly. You can easily withdraw and deposit money with no issues. So far out of all the brokers I have tried Moneta Markets is the best!

May 25, 2023 - 5 Stars I joined Monetamarket almost two years ago and I must say I have tried many brokers but nothing compares to Monetanarkets. First, of they have pretty reasonable spreads compared to other brokers, second, their customer service is by far the best special thank you to Neish From the support team for assisting me with my queries. So far my experience has been tremendous!!

Second review and I think I forgot to tell it in my first review, but damn I never seen a withdrawal that fast ! It clearly surprise me lol, habitually all the broker take 1 or 2 business day to send withdrawal. I receive mine in 15 minutes, yes you read that IN 15 MINUTES ! So I will stay at Moneta for a long moment just because of that and the other things in my other review. 15 minutes I can't still believe it !

Apr 12, 2023 - 5 Stars I entered to this broker because I was searching a better broker than the one I have before so I ask them a lot of questions, they have replied all and in my language ! I have a direct STP account and sincerely the spread are good, better than my previous broker. So I will say Yes to Moneta and I will keep trading with them

My deposit was there quickly through bank transfer and the response via live chat was accurate they replied within minutes to help me. Withdrawal by card was speedy...All I can say is I'm happy with Moneta as a broker so far!

I liked the efficiency of the support, good trading conditions. Good tools to evaluate opportunities
