STARTRADER review: Regulations, Platforms, Features and Ratings.

It is with deep regret and having been left no choice that I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience with StarTrader, and shed light on the negative aspects I encountered. I hope my story serves as a cautionary tale for those considering trading with this broker, who makes false promise.
My personal experience involved a devastating loss of over $43k. This sum was part of my profit which I made after trading Tesla on 18.10.2023.

Two days after my trades, StarTrader converted my account with the # 900188, running under STARTRADER International PTY Limited, to read-only mode so as to usurp my profit without any valid documentary evidence and justified explanation. The Metatrader report only says “-43,123.90 Cash Adjustment-PNL”.
Since that moment, I have tried all but in vain to resolve the matter, but they are in the least bothered and demonstrate a lack of integrity and a disregard for client satisfaction.

As a last ditch effort, I asked well connected friends to reach out to their CEO Peter Karsten, who initially responded asking for details of my case but after that was shared with him, he just went AWOL. My repeated pleas to StarTrader and Mr. Karsten for justice just fell on deaf ears. This isn’t just a breach of professional standards, it’s a slap in the face and indicates that the CEO himself is aware of the wrongdoings but refuses to act.
So far, I have not received any satisfactory responses, even to the simplest inquiries: Why was my money taken? Where do the profits go? Are they being returned to the liquidity providers? This situation has caused immense stress and disrupted my financial plans.

It is evident that StarTrader is operating in a conflict of interest, since their legally invalid terms leave an arbitrary chance for them to profit from a Trader's losses (like stealing my profits of $43K clandestinely) and they confirmed that they are hedging against the clients (no liquidity provider to secure trades!). The conduct by the StarTrader's CEO and its representatives demonstrate daylight robbery and is not only unethical but also a reprehensible act with the intention to deceive, manipulate, and ultimately ruin a traders' financial stability.

Furthermore, despite begging them to DISCLOSE the REGULATION under which my account is held, they refused to comply and completely ignored my requests via several mediums (Chat, Email, as well as my legal; advisors reaching out). This is a huge RED FLAG! Apparently, their accounts are not regulated under any regulatory body. Otherwise how can you ignore this question and not provide any reason for stealing my profits since 20.10.2023!?

Even when they claimed to have done an internal investigation, they shared a useless document basically saying that they can take as much money as they want by their Terms & Conditions, still leaving me without no explanation for their theft of my funds.
They still ignored the question about the regulation of my account, even thought when I asked actively if the account was regulated by any of their claimed regulations (Hong Kong, Seychelles), which then disappeared from their footer.
This also hinders me to file a formal complaint at the regulation and is the reason why my legal advisors are now seeking to go against the CEO, in an attempt to file an international fraud complaint but also potential money laundry activity, which could be one of the many reasons for their strange fraud strategy.

From the understanding of my lawyers, it is evident that Startrader is following the same evasive tactics often used by fraudsters in this field. There are also allegations of review manipulation as their old profile on Trustpilot with all the negative reviews disappeared. They keep changing their name and also domains in order to clean up their bad reputation from Trustpilot! First they were listed there as startrader.com, now they asked to delete that profile, which had 1 Star only. Now they use startrader.international as Trustpilot profile.
We have sent letters of complaint and pre-action detailing the exact crimes, in an attempt to reach an out-of-court settlement. However, denial and evasion is the technique they have chosen which is in line with the general theme of Forex fraud cases.

Therefore, the only way to deal with this is to publicly expose them and bring to light their schemes. Additionally, we are committed to reporting StarTrader to the relevant international authorities, including financial regulatory bodies to ensure our concerns are heard and investigated thoroughly. We are now working to involve law enforcement agencies such as the relevant, like the tax administrations (including Danish Customs and Tax Administration, ATO, HK-IRD), but also involve the Australian Financial Security Authority to address potential fraudulent practices and seek appropriate legal consequences on an international level.

Our collective efforts will serve to protect other potential victims and work towards shutting down StarTrader's operations, preventing further harm in the forex trading community.
We will unequivocally establish the fraudulent nature of their operations, ensuring that it is widely known and recognized. To this end, we shall meticulously orchestrate a media trial, exposing their deceptive practices to public scrutiny. Furthermore, we extend a formal invitation to other victims, seeking their active participation in a class action lawsuit, thereby consolidating our legal efforts and seeking appropriate redress for the injustices we have collectively endured.

They are a broker with a small office in Dubai and they are not listed in SCA, even they didn't create a map on Google for them!!!
I suffered to take my money from they! As they promised to receive the money within 24hrs! I received it after 7 days & not full amount
