I could not withdraw my cash from Sandwindfx

Length of use: 0-3 Months
I opened an account at Sandwindfx.com and put my money 500$ to their platform after that I made some money 846.51$ from trading of XAUUSD. When I tried to withdraw my money all contact center and Sandwindfx company employees blocked my number and I could not get back my money. I already tried to reach Sandwindfx via email and phone but no luck.
