Starting was good but end was bad

I did open 2 accounts with them and their conditions specially execution and slippage was remarkable for my scalping strategy and they paid everyday for almost 2 weeks. I then started seeing plug in and slippages and delay in execution but still the scalping was working profitable but with lesser profits.
On 7th Feb I noticed I could not close my open positions and spoke to their person based in India who was taking care of my account. He said he is checking with his team and stated they have some issue with LP as my trades are very frequent within 3 seconds etc so I said you let me know what is your requirement either between trades or duration of trades I will adjust and see but enable trading on my account. He said I am after my technical team and will try to resolve it.
From 8th Morning he is not taking my calls nor calling back and account was in same condition till today when they disabled my accounts and even client portal logins and did not pay me close to 4000 usd each in both my accounts. I had expected that after a good service from them including daily withdrawals if they had an issue with my trading style although their website says they are STP and welcome all trading styles, they should have discussed with me over phone or sent a mail stating they need some sort of restriction on duration or frequency or told they cannot allow we to carry on with this strategy and pay the balance in my account which is what reputed brokers do. So this is my review of ATM trade
