Due to my EA program open more than 200 orders a day they deleted my account and don't give my subscription fee back. Beware of them

They are completely unprofessional and cannot be trusted with your money because they cannot track it and confirm receipt. They are also very stupid and short-sighted because they stop communicating and refuse to admit their mistakes. You can't trust them one cent!
Hello everyone, my name is Rustam, I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I think many people should be warned against working with this company.
I don't have an open account with this company because they lost my money. On April 15, 2024, I decided to purchase a two-step challenge from them. I paid them with Bitcoin on the exchange and then contacted their support team. They informed me that the money had been deposited into their account and asked me to wait for a few hours. After that I waited 12 hours and then 18, but I was never given my trading details. They then informed me that they had not received my money and asked me to contact customer support for my e-wallet. The wallet support provided me with all the evidence that the money was credited to the FundedNext account, this payment can be seen in any block of the browser, for example, in the blockchain. Where it is written: receiving address, amount, date and txid. I sent these screenshots and links to FundedNext, but they responded that this evidence was not an argument for them.
I was extremely polite to them, however, when they had nothing to answer my arguments, they closed the dialogue with me. After that I contacted them again.When I asked if the address I took from their website and sent them the money was correct, they said they didn't know. You understand? They cannot track the simplest thing - the address to which we transfer money to them. How can you trust them with your money? No wonder they are losing money, they are incompetent!

Their support manager named John just closed the conversation with me without allowing me to speak up and provide evidence. After this, I tried to contact John again, but the support team did not answer me.

The only thing they check is the txid, and if it seems wrong to them, like in my case, then you won't prove anything to them. Nothing! I confirmed my payment on 5 third party sites and provided it to them.

I indicated the address for receiving the payment, the amount, but they do not know how to check this data. They are completely incompetent in financial matters.

Four days later:
So, guys, after posting my review on one of the popular sites, I received several letters from Funded Next. They e-mailed me, even though I no longer hoped for anything. This review made them hurry up. They wrote me three letters. In them, they inform me that my cryptocurrency has been discovered, they have blocked it because they think it is dirty. They think she has a high level of anti-money laundering, and that's why they blocked my account.
I regret that there is no function here to add a screenshot of our correspondence. But the essence of their messages is simple: they told me that they have started a dialogue with me again and will try to resolve this issue. They asked me to send them additional payment information. I sent them everything they asked for. At the end of each of their letters, they ask me to remove my review of them on this site. They write: look how good we are, we started an investigation, we found your money and we will continue to resolve your issue! But in reality, they create the appearance of their work! They don't solve anything! All their fuss boils down to me just believing them and deleting my negative review about them! 24 hours have passed since I sent them three letters. I asked them to return my bitcoins if they didn't like them. I'm waiting for an answer from them. They are silent. I'm starting to understand guys that these clowns are not going to solve anything! They simply stole my so-called “dirty” bitcoins! And they tearfully ask to delete reviews so that other naive traders will also pay them money! And so that the flow of money does not stop! That's all they care about! YOUR MONEY! DON'T TRUST THEM! They don’t yet know that I send my reviews to trader forums and all sites about them! Thank you for your attention!

Before God almighty, I am telling the truth. Funded next is a total waste of time. I was holding a position in the Asian session. On NZDCAD they manipulated price movement that is not visible on other brokers. They stopped me out due to price manipulation from their servers, they made me exeed the daily loss limit. Their support takes forever to reply and on their Instagram dm they use AI to reply to messages. DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!!

Funded next pay me payout after much hard strughle and wasting my 4 days funded next do not give payout easily and there promise 24 hours is completely deceive to catch clients only this is not true very difficulty they will give u payout I received payout but after much struggle continously sending email and many time chat at customer support but they never give extra 1000 if they delay payout this is totally wrong but in real account when u passed ur challenge account do not give payout they will give u another account u make with funded next account 5% profit than u can get payout challenge account profit in conclusion payout with funded next very difficulty and u will get within 24 hours payout is wrong promise.

I was fully tired after many request they give me my payout. Any one can work with him at own responsibility but my payout reached after hard struggle. Thanks funded next for pay me my profit.

After 5 month day and night struggle when I completed 10% profit with challenge account stellar 1 step 6k account and again I have completed 5% profit with funded next stellar 1step 6k account I was happy after 5 month I achieved my profit target but when I send request for payout my funded account sent in beached and trading disconnected I sent many email to support@fundednext.com for pay out and many time chat with support customer services still did not give me my payout and without any issue disconnect my account but why more than 87000 innocent people doing participate with funded next competition they did not know all struggle is useless when they win difficult to get payout I wants to say all how can stop these firms from deceive. Fraud. Big advertisement at Google but all is fake. Avoid pls time is precious, do not waste money and time

I hate this company for how they treated me and the time I had to waste trying to get them to fix this mess THEY created.

This unregulated "prop firm" does whatever they like. They closed my live funded account "in error" Their system had a "technical difficulty" and closed all my positions and paused the account. When I reported this to them, they admitted fault right away and reinstated the account but weeks later they still refuse to refund me for the losses on the account from the trades THEY incorrectly closed.

This doesn't even mentioned that the trades they closed went onto be big winners. Not even a sorry from them for that.

Their chat support is mostly AWFUL, it will drive you insane. They are often rude, just send prewritten meaningless messages, hard to tell if they are real humans or AI. They cut you off mid chat, promise you updates that never happen, they straight up refuse to open support tickets so you know you will have to explain an issue multiple times because there is no logs of the issue and there's no way for them to update you.

You have to hand feed support every tiny detail, they wont do anything themselves even when they created the whole issue by incorrectly closing my account and they have all the information and chat logs on their system.

If you managed to get your issue escalated past the awful AI bot chat army, the other support will reply to the ticket with an inaccurate reply, accuse you of trying to benefit from their mistake and close the ticket leaving you no way to respond. I was in shock how rude they are.

They also said if I pursue the issue more they will close my account! Truly awful attitude towards customers.

There is no proper way to make a complaint with this company or contact anyone directly higher than the first level of support.

I tried so hard to get them to just resolve my issue.

Honestly, I hate this company. Truly an awful experience and I would NEVER suggest anyone wastes their time and energy with fundednext.

A few weeks ago my account got suspended because of use of an Expert Advisor which I sent to my account manager Tahbit for approval and he approved it before I started using it on my express model account so after the suspension I reached out and explained the issue to Tahbit and he agreed to enable the account under one condition, I write a positive review on trustpilot, so apparently most of these positive reviews you read here are as result of being forcefully told to write even before the issues are resolved anyway I agreed to write the review after Tahbit renabled my account. Today I have deleted that forced review because just last week on Thursday I passed phase 2 of my 15k evaluation account the next day they sent the contract and I signed it with excitement waiting patiently my funded account only to receive an email that my fundednext account has been suspended for false allegations of account management, I mean it took me 40days to pass the evaluation phase can you tell me which account manager has the patience for 40days to make 5% of 15k account? It doesn't even make sense having being a trader for 6years full-time. Just because I used multiple devices does that call for suspension without even showing me their proof? I Recorded all the proof of my devices and I also explained to them that at one point I used an EA which is connected through the VPS, I also showed them that proof and am willing share the IP addresses of all the devicesI have used on my accounts, they have not yet responded to my proof and on their live chat they are still taking me rounds telling me to talk these issue with the account manager Tahbit, who also is telling me to respond to the suspension email I received. I am ready to pull down this review if you reinstate all my accounts I have sent you all the proof but you keep ignoring my mails even after referring many clients to these firm...am really disappointed by these company my life and family depends on trading yet these company want to take 3 of my accounts which I work so hard to make profits on
them...if you can read these respond to my email or @mjfxlive on telegram to resolve this issue otherwise I will keep fighting

Funded next is good at pointing out traders mistake’s and very efficient in showcasing how correct they are on traders expense. But failed to address any issues that raised by their very own incompetence. Most of the reviews I filtered I realised that if an issue is real no response is given compared to when a trader breaks any rule. This undermines anything truth about any good claims regarding funded next.

The account management is very poor regarding handling clients serious issues as vague responses are given to just avoid responding the client honestly and promptly. The broker which funded next uses, consistently closes trades illegally. In my case is the third month and I have send the issue to my manager and support to respond back. How ever for the period of these two months the response receive very often is that they will look into it. As soon as you demand response they require the name of the manager and say that same thing, over, that they will look into and issue is the third month now but the issue still continues. At some point my very manager claimed that he couldn’t find the trades in question. But They can easily find when you violate any of the precious rules.

Now the current manager is a bot with pre-set response to limited questions. As such with this behaviour I really don’t advocate funded next prop firm as an ideal choice. This dodgy behaviour is an indication that it will soon collapse with client’s hard-earned monies.
