GreenWaveX review: Trading instruments, Platforms, Broker features, and Traders ratings.

GWX SCAMMED MY $4,127 AND HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS..

Here Below Is A Detailed History of How It All Began, Even Attached Above Is A Detailed Statement Of My Trading Account (806059487):

I made a Deposit of $1,600 on 27th May, 2022, and a Deposit Bonus of $1,600 was Credited to My Balance.

Then I made a profit of $1,567.50 at first, and I didn't withdraw my profit. When I started trading again, I made another of $6,531.00.
Total Balance in my account at this point becomes $11,290.05, inclusive of GWX Deposit Bonus of $1,600.

Then I placed a withdrawal of $5,000 on 8th June, 2022, and GWX Removed the Deposit Bonus of $1,600 from my account, and I was Credited with $5,000 that I withdrew, leaving a Balance of $4,698.50 in my account, exclusive of GWX Deposit Bonus.

After few trading sessions without GWX Bonus, I decided to place a withdrawal of $1,500.., but GWX told me that I must complete 32 Lot Size before I can withdraw all or any part of my money..

I accepted there condition and then, I started the journey of completing 32 Lot Size, in the process I made some profits and huge loses too...,
After completing the more than the 32 Lot Size they requested, with each trade session lasting more than 5mins, at the end what was left in my Balance was $4,127.
I then placed a withdrawal of all the $4,127 on Wednesday 20th of July, 2022 at 11:31:41am Nigerian Time, and GWX immediately, deducted the $4,127 from my Trading Account.

Then I waited for 3 banking days, for GWX to pay me, and I was not paid, then I started contacting my Account Manager (Mr. Lucky) and he said I should email finance and africa-support @GWX, and remind them, though I have previously emailed both of them notifying them about my withdrawal.
But for complete 7 Banking Days, I never got any reply from them, despite sending them email on a daily basis asking why I have not been paid.

Only for me to get an email from Dispute Greenwavex on Monday 1st of August, 2022, after 13 days GWX deducted the withdrawn amount from my Trading Account, that my profit have been pulled back/cancelled, that I was involved in 'Bonus Hunting' activities according to paragraph 14 of there Terms and Conditions.

I have been sending them email (finance, africa-support and dispute @greenwavex), to explain and proof to me how I was involved in 'Bonus Hunting' activities, when I was trading without any Bonus in my account, because they have removed there Bonus following the initial withdrawal that I made. *My question to them was, how can a Client without Bonus in his account be involved in 'Bonus Hunting' activities?* But they have refused to respond to me up till now.

I write here to warn all traders that wants to make deals with this broker. I'm a professional scalper/intraday trader and I was working with this broker for a month, more or less.

Everything was fine, I noticed they had good execution and instant filling of orders, something good for me because I'm scalper and every tick counts, but sometimes it's bad because trades without slippage is a clear sign of a B-book / Market Making brokerage model.

At the begging there wasn't any problem, but once I started making good profits I noticed they changed the execution, delaying orders and adding a lot of slippage, something that's not reliable for me as a scalper trader, so I decided not to trust them and withdraw all my funds.

After I sent a withdrawal request, they called me saying something very bad is happening and they can't refund because my trades are very quick and suspicious to be fraudulent.

I asked them to define fraudulent, that I'm scalper / intraday trader and that I need proofs. The only proofs they've sent me it's an excel with each trade they wanted to delete from my account to retain my profits.

I kept asking for real proofs, because I know all my trades were done manually and that's shown in the Metatrader platform, but they say everytime different excuses:
- My trades are too quick (scalping is not prohibited in their T&C).
- My trades are done by a software (all trades are shown manually in their platform).
- I've created multiple accounts (I only managed my account but they didn't provide any proof about it).

So after I saw they were stealing my money and trying to scam me, I decided to create a criminal denounce here in Spain against GreenWaveX. I did it and authorities are examining the case.

I'm planning doing the same in Republic of the Marshall Islands and also in CySec, where they're planning get a regulation.

I hope this help others to avoid being scammed like me and I honestly hope they reconsider their fraudulent actions and refund my money.
