It's a scam.
Reviews he posted on instagram page is all fake. He asked or even paid people he knows locally to make a video review for his page.
He promises to have ways around passing your challenges - False promises. HE DOESN'T HAVE WAYS AROUND IT.
He knows its risky af and that your account will get suspended - just matter of time, but he never shares this information with others because nobody then would be paying him money.
Some challenges they fail with their EA, they blame it on the prop firm, e.g. They called one well-known legit prop firm a scam.
Now he's doing the same with another good prop firm, calling it a scam, because these guys banned him from their platform.
He was clearly doing things against firms rules, no copy trading, and no signals, and absolutely no account management. He was breaking all the rules, but he never shares any of the cons of the service, just pros and all 100% guarantees.
They even said on their website "100% success rate, if we fail your account we will buy you a new one" - sounds too good to be true, and it was. They failed accounts with daily drawdown, and then they did not want to buy another account for you but instead blamed it falsely on the prop firm. So they scammed you guys, and they scammed me.
