Withdrawal issue

Length of use: 3-6 Months
Don’t trade with this broker, they don’t process the withdrawal on time, I’m waiting from past two months.
Problem with apex markets.
1. I was not allowed to close profit, I lost around 2600USD, I have video proof.
2. No crypto withdrawal
From past two months they are saying about some updates only on crypto withdrawal. But they accept crypto deposit.
3. Apex dashboard don’t load faster.
4. No chat support.
I stopped trading because they are not allowing to place orders in MT5 account.
Now I’m waiting for withdrawal from past two months.
