My withdrawal is under review and processing

My withdrawal order is being reviewed and processed, there seems to be some misunderstanding before and we have gradually come to a common voice and the exchange is also very happy to cooperate with us.
Jan 5, 2023 - 1 Star I opened a trading account at MCCM on 11/27/2022 and deposited $ 1097
Then trade NORMALLY and win an amount of $ 895 then 2 days (November 29, 2022) because of needing money, I made a withdrawal order but up to now, it has not been approved and there is a sign of FANING the money mine.
In the first days when waiting for the money to return, I was also very calm but after 1 week and then 2 weeks I started to get impatient and texted the referrer to ask for clarification, then received the answer as MY ACCOUNT. YOU HAVE SIGNS OF A PROBLEM and we're checking. You guys, while I'm the one who opens the account, the trader, but I haven't received anything called email or notice from the floor. That is enough to prove that the floor work of this team has a SERIOUS PROBLEM.
It's about the floor, and about myself, I find it very absurd while I trade very very very normally. I promise and am ready to take responsibility for what I say. Getting the floor to give evidence can't be put on a contract, the dealer refuses to pay me up to the present time.
Now I post here to ask experienced brothers in the industry to review my case and evaluate. I sincerely thank you guys.
