Asking money over and over again

I have had FX Giantlink account around a month. First I was ment to trade money to bitcoins in Paxful (they said me to do so)which also was a scam for me, never got those bitcoins. Seller there scammed me. So I lost like 400€.
Then situation was in FXgiant so that I have been asked first to invest 150€, then 200$ for reason I don’t remember now, then 700$ (With steamcards) since withdraw fee and then now they ask 10% taxes about profit before I can get anything out.
Their message:
Dear customer .
A tax fees is a federal government approval , usually numbering thousands of pages , that details the rules individuals and businesses must follow in remitting a percentage of their incomes to the federal or state government . All brokerage accounts are required to pay the % 10 ( $564) of the total amount on the brokerage account .
Note : This payment is only on first withdrawal from brokerage accounts , immediately after payment you'll receive your profit I’m your account asap.
Note : A certain percentage will be reimbursed to your account .”
These is long story short. I have being really stupid but I think I was perfect target since I said I don’t know anything about this world.
They keep you like adding more money to your total profit I think and since being poor and single mom you get fascinated about better situation.
For me they have said being from US. This just feels big scam.
