Vibrix-EA does not work at all

I have both the EA over their platform. I have send them ETH for the product. They did not send me any email, so I needed to contact them over Telegram. They have send me the "EA System" over telegram. (they mentioned also that the option are like in the video, but they are not, I compared them 1 by 1.) After payment they imediately like directly took the crypto off in an other wallet. After sending me the EA, they did not respond on any question, the EA does not work at all. I have started it on my VPS, I have a smiley face on the mt4 gold chart, but it does not make any trades at all. I can not contact anyone from the vibrix team, and they deleted the chat with me, for shure they have also blocked me.
