Customer Service is terrible, takes weeks to open an account

Dear FlatTrade,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing delay in activating my account and the lack of communication regarding the issue.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I opened an account with FlatTrade three weeks ago. During the process, I submitted the required documents, including screenshots of my Aadhaar and PAN card links, as instructed.

Since then, I have repeatedly followed up on the activation status, but I haven't received any concrete information or updates. Customer service representatives simply tell me to "wait," without providing a timeline or explanation for the delay.

Furthermore, I contacted my assigned account manager, "Belu" (or a similar name), after obtaining their number from customer service. However, the individual denied being associated with FlatTrade and abruptly disconnected the call. I have also conferenced the call with the customer care to see the reaction of the Account Manager. In the last 3wks I never got any call from the account manager who is assigned to me.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and the conflicting information from customer service and the alleged account manager is extremely concerning.

I kindly request immediate action to activate my account and a clear explanation for the delay. Additionally, I expect a thorough investigation into the conflicting information provided by your staff.

I trust you will take these concerns seriously and address them promptly.
