Extremely Disappointed with Fmasters.io

I feel compelled to express my extreme disappointment with Fmasters.io as my chosen broker. My experience with them has been overwhelmingly negative, leaving me with no choice but to provide a low rating.
First and foremost, the lack of support from Fmasters.io has been highly frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to my account manager, I have received no response or assistance whatsoever. This level of neglect and disregard for clients is unacceptable.
To compound the issue, the trading bot provided by Fmasters.io has completely stopped functioning. This failure not only hampers my trading strategies but also demonstrates a lack of reliability and maintenance on their part.
The poor support and malfunctioning trading bot have severely impacted my overall experience with Fmasters.io. I originally had three friends who were interested in joining the platform, but due to the lack of support and service, I am left feeling worried and hesitant to recommend Fmasters.io to anyone.
At this point, I am seriously considering closing my account and withdrawing all of my funds. The subpar service and absence of reliable support have eroded my confidence in Fmasters.io as a reputable broker.
I urge Fmasters.io to address these issues promptly and rectify the shortcomings in their service. As a client, I expect a higher level of support and professionalism. Failure to address these concerns will undoubtedly result in further loss of trust and potential customers.
