Lack of accountability for their new platform

Prior to transitioning to their own platform they were pretty solid. However because they got their mt4/mt5 license revoked they created their own platform. Theirs been not stop troubles. Buggy. I couldn’t get out of several trades because they suddenly went into unannounced 15minute maintenance. There were several times were I couldn’t get into the trade or out the trade. Even times were when I did get into the trade it opened up multiple positions. Both the web and downloadable version of their software would say different prices regularly. I contacted support and they said that refunds would be given for those affected but I’ve yet to hear from them. I chatted with support on the Nov 29 ‘23. Then followed up with them 24 hours later then 48 hours later then 72 hours later and was given the same response that this was being Escalated and that I would be emailed. Not only was I never emailed, but the chat never further helped me. I no longer expect to get a refund or hear back from them. *443446
