Where are my funds? - TradersDomain Returns With TruBlueFX

UPDATE 1 (January 13, 2024):
TruBlueFX reached out to me by email after reading my review trying to warn me against reviewing them with my experiences. A few minutes later they sent a second email which became an email chain between us that started with them trying to get me to send them more before giving me back my funds. The email chain ended in them saying I would not get my funds unless I sent them what they wanted which we all know will never happen regardless since the company is clearly a scam.
They know that clients in the same boat as me who have been waiting a year to have their funds returned will be extremely skeptical to give them anything further at this point, so they’re now trying to leverage that fact to blame the clients themselves by saying further delays are the clients’ fault for not complying with the new requests made by TruBlueFX, which is ridiculous and absurd. They think they're being clever but their intent and attempt at manipulating the situation is clear.
Clients who fully complied with their terms and made a withdrawal in good standing on their prior platform based on the rules at the time are now being bullied and victim blamed for the delays and horrible, unprofessional treatment they've been put through. It’s a very clear example of projection. Very sketchy. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING AND HELP REPORT THEM TO SAVE FUTURE VICTIMS
Dec 17, 2023 - 1 Star DO NOT give them any of your money! Stay away from this company at all costs. Some quick internet research will show this company was created in an effort to rebrand their prior company Traders Domain who I also have an account with (although the website has disappeared). Traders Domain was added to the CFTC’s Red List and was charged by them as being a ponzi scheme and the scammers are doing it again with TruBlueFX, their new platform where their client base has been automatically migrated to.
They have stolen my money as well as the money of many others and have made excuse after excuse about their withdrawal delays since mid-2022.
If you are in a similar position as me, I recommend reaching out to the CFTC to get them investigated and put on the Red List as well as the SEC before more lives are ruined. Let them know Traders Domain is at it again to help protect future victims from their fraud. Let’s get them shut down.
I have proof of everything and will share the information for the withdrawal I am owed below (based on their new TruBlueFX system as well as their old Traders Domain system). I also have screen recordings navigating their old website as well as the new one and all the emails explaining the migration and withdrawal issue lies, all the trade records, excuses in direct correspondence with their ‘team’, etc.
Return to me what I’m owed TruBlueFX.
