I invested over $50k with Freeway.io since 2022, which in turn deposited all of its client funds into Ardu Prime's brokerage account for forex trading.
Freeway now claims that it has been defrauded by Ardu Prime, and by the convicted fraudster Anthony Constantinou, who is currently on the run from the law. Freeway has been unable to withdraw any of its funds from Ardu Prime since around June 2023, and Ardu Prime has cut off all communication with Freeway, not responding to any of Freeway's phone calls, emails, or even legal correspondence.
Over $100 million of client funds have evaporated. It's hard to believe that a regulated brokerage like Ardu Prime would commit such a blatant fraud. The Greek regulator HCMC has recently suspended the license of Ardu Prime, and a Cayman Island judge has appointed third-party liquidators to investigate and recover lost funds. There are thousands upon thousands of victims.
The recovery effort could take years, and I honestly don't think I can get much of my money back, if any. Please do not deal with this company.
