Orfinex is not even returning my original deposit

I've funded my account with Orfinex initially in January 2023, then I topped it up in July. The total deposit was usd 5,000.
I was able to make $1.8k in profit which Orfinex later said was considered high frequency trading and they wiped out the profit. The account was 'suspended' for three months.
After that, they stopped responding to my emails.
It's been four months now and today they replied via Whatsapp. They confirmed they will not return even my original deposit. At least that's what they are trying to do.
This is total theft and I will give them the chance to reconsider what they are trying to do. They might be entitled to cancel trades for whichever excuses they can come up with, but I'm completely sure they can't steal my original deposit. I've never seen this in many years of trading.
I will update this post if I get my deposit back.

Orfinex is pretty Solid and User friendly, very good

Just started using Orfinex for my forex trades and I gotta say, it's pretty solid. Platform's user-friendly, even if you're new to trading. Tech indicators are on point, though they could step up their charting game a bit. What I really liked is how secure it feels—heard they're fully regulated and they've got some tight encryption. Customer service is available most of the time and they're pretty helpful, but wish their FAQ was a bit more detailed for quick ans. Fees ain't too bad and they've got some educational stuff to get you started. So all in all, solid 4/5. If you're looking to jump into forex or need a new broker, Orfinex is def worth a look.
