The software have many bugs and not professional supports

I bought the software and sent after 8 hours an email to receive it because I didn't get any kind of message and neither the software. After received the software they sent me a old version with servers disconnection problems.
After emails and tickets, I received a new version of it but the software after some hours of working was not copy the trades correctly and do not open or close the trades making me some money drawdown. Also I had to close and restart every 2/3 hours because of servers disconnection.
I sent tickets but with superficial answers and nothing solved, so I disconnected the copier to avoid future malfunctions.
I used the software just 4 days and got problems everyday and not solved even after many tickets, then I asked kindly for a refund but nothing.
Really bad experience and very disappointed with the software and not professional company.
