Account termination without explanation

Length of use: 6-12 Months
They have too much slipage and freezing issue. Bought too many programs from them and finally pass their challenge then got their email about account termination. I have traded gold pair short 0.50 for 20K account is it gamble? Then how we should trade. May be they want only failer not winnning that's why freezing their platform and too much slippage.
