I signed up for this 2 piece indicator system. I watched a video that said "Want to make more WINNING trades? Get the #1 trading indicator: https://www.ezalgo.co"
The first month is 20% discount and then it jumps to $59.00 a month each month after. It isnt cheap for a upper and lower indicator. Over 600 per year unless you pay the $1499.00 one time fee.
In the first week I began having problems with the indicator going blank on TradingView. I keep receiving a Study Error. The indicator stops working at random. It does not like me changing time frames. But I am a scalper.
So while in the Discord group, I sent a request for help and opened a help ticket. That was Nov 9th, 2023 . They asked me for a screenshot. I provided two in order to show the problem. I said to them that I wanted to do a good review on the indicator and asked if they would look into it. After all, it keeps freezing up on the chart and I want to use the indicator before the price goes up the next month to see if I can make use of it in my trading.
They asked me what the settings are. I told them default. That was the 9th and today is the 15th. Nobody seemed to get back to me and the support ticket remains open.
The second issue I am having a challenge with is the Forex participation. Noone can tell me why I am not being pinged with Forex trade ideas.. When I asked Discord Support. they passed it on to someone who didnt respond.
