Demands I return previous withdrawals before letting me withdraw the bulk of my money.

I invested in Crypto trading through MagnaFG with promises of high returns. They draw you in by allowing some minor withdrawals. However when I tried to close my account I was advised that I had to return those funds that I had withdrawn in order to access the rest of my money.
