I have opened the mt5 account on primeotp and i started trading on this forex exchange. I have earned profit in this account i have lost money too. Till the time my deposit and withdrawal amount were near each other. There was no issue with the account.
When i earned good amount of profit then my withdrawal was put on hold and i was told that compliance team is looking into my account for any fraud activities. When compliance team replied they said in simple words they didnt like the way i trade my trades were for small time and i only trade in gold since they checked my account from last 2.5 months
But from opening of account i traded first 15 days in gold and rest 1.5 months in silver. So for first 15 days of gold trading and i must have done 10 times of scalping out of 100 they have banned me after 2 months
Why dint they ban me after giving all my profit, or why dint compliance check my account after 15 days> Its a case of fraud and cheating.
Compliance team themselves agree that there was no fraudulent buying or selling and i didnt even use any bot. All they said that because of my scalping i am not eligible to trade and they have banned me from trading and havent given my withdrawal of profit.
Primeotp has cheated me and havnt given me my withdrawal/ I have tried emailed primeotp support there is no reply. I tried to contact them on chat they just ask me to email and still no reply. I dont know what to do now. I have given my day and night to get profitable.
Can you please help me in getting my withdrawal. I have earned all my profit from silver trading.

$1,300 withdrawal approved but not paid and no response from support..

I filed for a $1,300 withdrawal from my account. It was approved on March 6, 2026. Prime OTP said this would take 24–72 hours, but I still haven't gotten my profit. I've emailed PrimeOPT several times and I've gotten no response at all. Responses from their livechat are generic. I already went ahead and reported this to the Financial Services Commission, Mauritius.

I am using Prime OTP for sometime and so far given me timely good service and withdrawal. Although, compare to other brokers they are new in market but good presence in India, Indonesia, United Kingdom and other many countries. I will recommend to Traders and IBs to try.
