Account termination because of Support agent lies

Their system detected that two BUY trades on XAUUSD were opened within 5.62 minutes, while the minimum required interval is 10 minutes.
Their agent explicitly confirmed I could open a new trade after closing the previous one. I followed tjeir staff's instructions, yet you flagged me for "layering."
Contract Breach: The signed agreement does NOT contain your current interpretation of the layering rule. You are enforcing non-existent terms.
I have proof that you updated/clarified the rules on your website after I filed my complaint. Changing rules post-factum is fraudulent.
They claim their system is "automated," yet they only "detected" these supposed violations the moment I requested an $8,000 payout.
I have screenshots for everything that I said.
