Daily Loss Rule Not Clearly Explained
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
I want to share my experience with TheFundedRoom.
My account (ID: 185727) was failed for allegedly breaching the daily loss rule. The failure report showed my recorded daily loss as $249.69, while the daily loss limit was $250.
When I contacted support, they explained that my account was failed because of unrealized (floating) P&L, even though the recorded loss was below the limit.
My concern is not the rule itself, but that this specific scenario was not clearly explained in the trading rules before I started the challenge. If it had been clearly mentioned, I would have managed my trades differently.
I recommend that all traders ask for a detailed explanation of how daily loss is calculated, including the effect of floating P&L, before purchasing a challenge.

Unfair Daily Loss Calculation — Accounts Failed While in Profit
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
I had two funded accounts with The Funded Room (Account ID: 138201 and another). Both accounts were in profit — wallet balance was above initial capital. Yet both were failed using the daily loss rule calculated on the initial $5,000 capital, NOT on my actual higher balance.
My loss on the breach day was $156.66 — just 3.13% of initial capital. Had they used my actual balance, it would have stayed under 3%. No breach. But they never move the threshold up when you're profitable — so the more you earn, the easier it is to fail.
This happened TWICE. Two challenge fees lost. Both accounts in profit. Both failed on a technicality that is not clearly disclosed and benefits only the firm — not the trader.
I have formally disputed this in writing. No satisfactory response received.
Avoid if you're a profitable trader. The rules are designed to fail you.

TheFundedRoom Blocking Withdrawal Without Providing Any Proof of Rule Viola
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
WARNING: TheFundedRoom — Withdrawal Blocked Without Valid Proof
Account: #101567 | 2-Step Funded $5,000
The Issue:
My withdrawal of $236.86 profit is being blocked due to a "3% daily pair loss" rule violation warning. But my highest single-day single-pair loss was $138.84 — which is BELOW their $150 limit.
What I did:
Emailed proof multiple times
Asked for exact trade/date/pair that violated the rule
Waited 4+ days
What they did:
Never provided any specific proof
Just repeat the rule every time
Payout still blocked
Screenshots attached — judge yourself.
If you're thinking of joining TheFundedRoom, think twice. i have attached the screenshot link below pls check

SCAM WARNING: TFR STEALS ACCOUNTS & ADMITS TO "SYNCHRONIZATION ISSUES"
Service use: Live
Length of use: 0-3 Months
STAY AWAY FROM THE FUNDED ROOM! I had a $10,000 Instant Funding account (ID: 52752). My account was failed for a "3.02% Daily Loss" when my actual loss was only 2.90%.
The Mathematical Proof:
Daily Start Balance: $10,402.87
3% Breach Level: $10,090.79
My Balance at Failure: $10,100.76
Mathematically, I am $9.97 ABOVE the breach level. When I confronted them, they emailed me admitting it was a "temporary display or synchronization issue" on their dashboard, but then refused to restore the account and told me to "buy a new challenge." >
This is a clear scam. They admit their system is broken, yet they keep the trader's money. I have all the screenshots of the dashboard and their conflicting emails. Do not trust your capital with a firm that can't do basic math and hijacks successful accounts.

Stage 2 Glitch - 0.76 Lot Error - Account 56271
Service use: Demo
Length of use: 0-3 Months
I am currently in Stage 2 of my evaluation challenge (Account 56271). I have been very disciplined, always keeping my lot size under 0.09. However, on March 16, a massive glitch happened and a 0.76 lot trade was executed on XAUUSD without my permission. This is impossible as per my risk settings.
This error caused a $344 loss and now the firm is ignoring my emails and they have restricted messaging on their Telegram channel. It feels like they are using technical glitches to fail my challenge so I have to buy another one. I have all the trade history logs and video proof of this system error. This is totally unfair and unprofessional. Fix my account!
