The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning regarding XT.com, stating that the firm is not authorised to provide financial services or products in the United Kingdom and may be targeting UK consumers.

Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) issued a consumer and marketplace alert regarding XT.com, stating that the platform was conducting virtual asset activities accessible within Dubai without the necessary regulatory approval and was not authorised to operate in the jurisdiction.

The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) issued an "Unauthorized use of website" alert regarding https://www.xt.com on April 9, 2026. The notice states that the website is "not linked to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity" and cautions the public to exercise due diligence before engaging with the platform.
