What is Hydra Funding?
Hydra Funding is a prop trading firm offering instant-funded accounts across Forex, Cryptocurrencies, and Futures. Forex accounts are available on DXtrade, cTrader, and GooeyPRO; Crypto accounts trade on DXtrade and GooeyPRO; and Futures accounts are available on DXtrade and Volumetrica Trading.
HydraFunding.io offers three instant funding plans - Instant Lite, Instant Prime, and Instant Pro - differing in their drawdown allowance, profit buffer, and consistency rule. Account sizes range from $5,000 to $200,000.Additional trading rules that apply across all plans include:
- Opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a high-impact news event is prohibited; closing existing positions during that window is permitted.
- Weekend position holding is not permitted by default for Forex and Crypto; an optional add-on (at additional cost) enables it.
- Copy trading from accounts not owned by the trader is prohibited; copy trading between the trader's own accounts is permitted.
- Automated trading systems (EAs) that facilitate copy trading from non-owned accounts are prohibited.

Good experience so far, support's been solid

Been running a couple of accounts with Hydra for a bit now and overall pretty happy with it. Had a couple small hiccups getting my account set up at the start, nothing major, just needed a bit of help getting things configured,but their support team jumped on it quick and got it sorted. No waiting around for days or getting bounced between people, just quick, clear answers.
Also requested a payout recently and it got approved and paid out the same day with Rise.
Rules are all spelled out upfront so there's no weird surprises. You can tell they're a growing firm and ironing things out, but so far it's been a good experience and support has definitely been a bright spot.
Would recommend if you're looking into instant funding options.
