What is The Proven Trader (TPT)?
The Proven Trader (TPT) is a UK-based prop trading firm that offers simulated funded accounts on XAUUSD (Gold) and EURUSD via MetaTrader 5.
TheProvenTrader.com offers two programs: a 2-Step Challenge and an Instant Funding option. Account sizes range from €25,000 to €1,000,000 across both programs.
Additional trading rules that apply across all programs include:
- Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated trading are allowed
- Overnight and weekend position holding is permitted
- News trading is allowed on permitted instruments (XAUUSD and EURUSD)
- Account sharing and third-party trading are prohibited
- Arbitrage and latency exploitation strategies are prohibited
- Grid trading without a stop-loss and martingale strategies with unlimited risk are prohibited
- Holding correlated positions across multiple accounts is prohibited
