I'm trying to withdraw money from my account and so far it is very difficult. They do not respond to my request. Also they do not have any phone # to contact them directly. Stay away from them. It is SCAM!!!. I will make another review when I get my money back.

I am trading with STIFX for few months now. Good execution. Like the customer support. Happy trading with them

Today they froze Oil trading, there was no valid number to contact them.I was in a trade with pending orders for oil. Tried to close out my live trades which at that time was a small loss andtried to delete my pending orders. They would not allow this due to "invalid parameters".3 hours later they unfroze oil. Guess what, they immediately took my pending orders and hit all my stop losses. DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

I too nearly got a virus from their site, also the telephone number and yahoo on-line support team quoted for the UK do not exist.

i was looking for a broker that use the mt4 platform and where i can fund my account with eur using a credit card. stifx looked good, so i applied to have an account opened. i went through the motions of submitting all the documents they required. after 2 weeks i had not yet received any confirmation that they received it. i emailed them almost daily with additional questions and to know if they received the documents and when do i get my username and password info. i received one response thereafter asking me to be patient. another week went by and i still received no info from them. by now i was fed-up and had found another broker to use and i asked stifx to cancel the account opening process and complained about their lack of service and professionalism. this 'dude' answered me in saying that they have a good reputation and couldn't be bothered with my problem and didn't try to sort out my issue. very poor company IMO
