100% scam, beware

100% Scam. As long as you are losing money, everything will seem fine, almost too good to be true. As soon as you make any kind of decent profit or even recoup a substantial amount of your previous losses, they will make excuses and simply remove your profits.

They'll cite clauses in the agreement that say they can do this when there are "technical errors". These "technical errors" will only come into play when you make a profit, then the profits will be taken away, if you lose money due to these errors they will never give back those losses.

There's nothing you can do to prevent these "technical errors" from affecting you since you don't even know they are present until after your profits have been taken away.

Basically it's like going to a casino where you make a bet on roulette, and if any number you didn't choose comes up, you lose, and when the number you chose comes up, the casino says there were "technical errors" and gives you your original bet back, but takes away the profits.

My trading experience with InstaForex has been incredible so far. My funds are increasing considerably and InstaForex gives me more benefits just for being its client, such as a good program of bonuses. I can increase my deposits up to 250%! Contests and campaigns are good to shape your style of trading and to have the opportunity to win a lot of valuable prizes. I recommend everybody to try this broker out.

Fake review from an InstaForex Employee

I don't consider InstaForex as a scam. On the contrary, since I became its client, I could trade in forex market with just $1. Now, I have different accounts, all of them with a good amount of earnings.Customer client is great, very pending of me and my process as a trader.

InstaForex holding my USDT deposit due to their own system glitch

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
I am writing this to open an official public complaint against InstaForex regarding my account number 9276276, registered on 11-Jun-2026. I need the assistance of the community and forum moderators to resolve an impossible situation caused entirely by a failure in the broker's system.

The Issue:
During my registration, the InstaForex system failed to send me any PIN code or phone password (code word). I successfully deposited funds using USDT (TRC20). However, when I attempted to withdraw, the platform locked the transaction, demanding the PIN code that their system never provided in the first place.

My Compliance & Their Impossible Demands:
I contacted their customer support to restore/reset the PIN. I fully cooperated and provided all requested sensitive data, including: My registered email. My phone number. A clear photo of my official National ID card. After providing all of this, support rejected my documents and demanded an international passport written in English letters.

The Dead End:
I do not own a passport. I only have my official National ID card, which is a legally binding document. I have reached the finality of what I can legally provide. It is entirely unfair to freeze my USDT deposit because of a technical glitch on their side, and then demand alternative documentation that I do not possess. I am heavily concerned about the safety of my deposited funds and the security of the sensitive documents I have already uploaded. I request InstaForex management or their public relations team on this forum to review this case, manually override this verification deadlock, and process my USDT withdrawal immediately.

Important Notice: I have screenshots of my chat with InstaForex Support, with proof of deposit. I also have full screenshot evidence of my USDT balance available for any forum moderator or compliance inspector who asks. So, if an InstaForex representative is going to reply, they must never ask me to contact Support once again, or to provide a document i don't even have. But, when they insist on their nonsensical instructions to cover up their system's failure, they're once again proving their low ratings, fraudulent activities, and their long record of stealing people's money and documents.

Thank you,

Instaforex blatantly took my money

Service use: Live Length of use: over 1 Year
During my trading, I faced some floating loss, but my losses NEVER reached my initial deposit of $500. My equity remained above my own funds at all times. After the market recovered, my account balance grew to $850+ (Total equity including profit).

When I requested a withdrawal, the company deducted the $149 bonus (which is fine), but they are now refusing to release my remaining $1,271. They are wrongly citing Clause 12, claiming that because my equity once dipped, my entire capital and profit now belong to the company as "Bonus Funds."

Instaforex grabs your cash

Service use: Live Length of use: over 1 Year
Instaforex is a site run by complete crooks. It's like youhodler; they literally steal your money, and when you prove to them that the technical issues originated with them, they offer compensation of a few USD, which they can shove wherever they please. They belong to that breed of petty Russian thugs who thrive in New York, Cyprus, London, and elsewhere. They exploit the problems with Russia by using the fact that they are "Russian," even though their owners haven't visited Russia in 10 years or left because they are pro Ukraine in a huff. that is why they are given operating permits by the local brokers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Instaforex a good and legitimate company?

InstaForex has been fined by Cysec for several reasons, including that "it did not act fairly, honestly and professionally in accordance with the best interests of its clients.

InstaForex has been sued by the US CFTC.  InstaForex has been the subject of warnings by at least 4 other government regulators around the world.

The FPA does not consider InstaForex.com, InstaForex.eu or any related site to be a good or legitimate company.

You can not only see many client complaints about InstaForex on their review page, but also read many trader complaint threads about InstaForex in the FPA's forums.

Can I withdraw an InstaForex bonus?

Getting bonus money or else profits from a bonus at InstaForex is not always easy.  Even if a trader follows all the rules, InstaForex can accuse a trader of cheating, cancel the bonus, and confiscate all profits.  InstaForex can do this without presenting any evidence.

In 2008, two FPA members were accused of cheating while using an InstaForex bonus.  InstaForex not only removed the bonus, but also confiscated the profits that both traders had made.  InstaForex's representative to the FPA promised to provide evidence to back up this cheating accusation.  She never provided a single piece of evidence.  Instead, she just kept emailing her claim that they cheated and said that her repeated unsupported claims of cheating qualified as proof of cheating.  The FPA does not consider repeating an accusation dozens of times to be evidence that the accusation is true.  The clients were never paid for the profits InstaForex took from their accounts.

Even without a bonus being involved, it is possible for InstaForex to confiscate profits based on an unsupported accusation of cheating.

The FPA is not surprised that Cyprus fined InstaForex for being unprofessional, unfair, and dishonest in dealing with its clients.  The FPA is only surprised that it took so long before this was done.

Is InstaForex regulated?

Even in March of 2020, InstaForex.com's website still claimed that the InstaVector branch of the company is registered with the Russian Federal Financial Markets Service.  The FFMS was disbanded in 2013.

InstaForex was regulated in Belize.  It is not regulated there any more.  Some people claim that the Belize IFSC threw InstaForex out.  InstaForex claims they voluntarily gave up being regulate there.

InstaForex is regulated by CySEC in Cyprus.  InstaForex has also been fined by CySEC for being dishonest and not acting in the best interests of its clients.

Outside of Europe, InstaForex is regulated by the BVI FSC, which is not known for being a very strict regulator.

InstaForex is also registered with the SVG FSC, which specifically does NOT regulate forex, binary, or crypto trading.
