I Lost RM40,000 with this company. The first time in 2010 where I buy 3 lots and only see profit on the 1st month. The next month everything turn to horror. Not even have any chance to withdraw suddenly ledger balance show only a few dollar left. After six month told by the agent that there's New Team that doing better in trading than before. Trying to get back my money, i buy 1 lot. After a few loses, the company stop trading for months.. so i decided to closed my account. After signing and filling all the form, was told that i;ll receive my money in 3 working day.. but nothing happen. My account still there when it supposed to be closed. After a few month, suddenly my account was traded to the loss... The only explanations i given by email from the manager in kuching told that the trading done by HQ from KL without their acknowledgement. Was told also that they've been lodging police report and waiting for investigation... in the end only to realise, i'd been scammed twice... stupid me. never ever trust any investment anymore...

Union Pacific Limited may be okay in the past, but now I think this
broker is run by SCAMMERS. On the 12th October 2010, they executed a near fatal trade resulting in clients losing almost 50 percent of whatever balance left. By 24th February 2011, all clients account with UPL has been CLOSED. But suddenly on the 25th February 2011, they illegally (trespass) into ALL those closed accounts and executed a FATAL trade that results in ALL clients account wiped out. I suspect those clients ledgers are only the 'DEMO' to make clients think that they lost all their money but UPL has actually taken all clients money out. Therefore the ledgers clients see are nothing but FAKE account ledgers.

Issued to close account on November 2011, they were reluctant to close it and gave plenty of excuses. There are no other ways to contact them except through emails, but they no longer reply anymore. So in early march, the dreaded thing happened. They put up a show to make all client's accounts lose big time, and took all the money for themselves.

I believe the "live" account I traded on is a dummy, as if a demo account, but displayed as if real.

(Coming to think of it, other credible brokers can be reached by clients all day long and has phone support and live chat. UPL do not have.)

UPL a big scam, is sound good at first, but when u wanna to withdraw money, they got a lot of restriction, and even excuse to hold ur money. When making fews lose in trade, and wanna to quit the trade, waiting for 6 months but money still not able to get back. So anger is that they later told me that I had lost my money in market due to recent trading. What the buddy hell, already ask to stop the trading but still trade and purposely lose all my money. BIG BIG SCAM...

Started in August 2010. Thought of trading myself but lack of confidence and time eventually leads to getting the traders to do the job. It's a gamble anyway as I'll probably burst the account much faster if I were to trade myself on the live market. Therefore, there's nothing to lose. I gave myself 3 months to try out this company and to my surprise I've got back 1/3 of my investment in august itself. No pain no gain! Who can guarantee us that it will be sunny everyday? Nobody! me it: - Stock market, shares, forex, etc, if you wish to get involve in it than be ready to face the world of uncertainty. Get ready to lose the moment you click that "BUTTON OF NO RETURN AND NO REGRETS"

Miss Alice must stay clear of forex for she has not a single clue about the game, from her assessment of UPL. For over a month now, UPL created a hedge position of 600 over pips loss (in 1 lot trade) in traders' accounts that are managed by them ( scamming more like it ) and just let it sucks away the equity from interests accrued over the month. What sort of an idiot trading is this ? They just let you drowned in whatever funds you have with them. This is a perfect scam. This is not managed trading. They better come good or else, I will publish the whole trading scam they created to fleece innocent people. I am waiting for their agent to sort things out before I publish everything to show how they are scamming. To me UPL - the name is Union Pacific - NZ and it is all about a single lady in this trick) is already a dead duck. It is not a professional entity at all. Just be aware and be advised.

i've invest with this company on April. But sadly, the 'float' stuff started in end of April makes me cannot perform any withdrawal. But seriously i still believe in this company because its never had any problem like this. i can check my account and see updated trades every week. Its just 1lot that still in float cond. I hope it'll get better soon coze its float almost 2 month now... huhuhuhu

Well not sure why bluestokin say so. Maybe is the agent problem.

So far i had been invest in this company for few months.
I had invested for USD 10k. but so far every month i can get the return.
And every month i can withdraw my money.

Averagely i can get one month is around USD2k or more. Depend on the market.

Dont think is a scam. but no doubt is the agent problem.
