i am trading with ACY for the last 3 years,a lot of things has been changed even the updates on their websites which made it easier to withdraw.
the only thing that is helping them out is their account managers which i can reach them 24/5 on my whatsapp anytime anywhere. they are using the MT4 and the MT5 platform which is easy for beginners and professional traders.

ACY nullified my deposit

I made a profit of $3.500. My account was blocked. They sent a letter that they reset the profit to zero. I do not recommend doing business with them!

Could this also be fraud committed by Acy. ?

Further to my dirty data post.
Acy bought Synergy Fx.
Acy therefore also bought my $35k to $40 k worth of trades in the market.
Acy then sabotage my Ea's with dirty data.
They could not work.
My trades were extremely difficult to manage manually.
I lost a lot more trying to manage these trades manually.
They fact that Acy were notified of the problem and chose to ignore me.
Is that possible fraud?

I get multiple bars on a four hour chart.
This has stopped my Ea from working through the Acy platform.
They have left me high and dry.
I have been totally ignored and treated like scum.
I am trying to go through AFCA about them.
Acy have said to AFCA that the data feed has nothing to do with them.
Not their problem at all.
Please help, I have been totally scamed.

Wrongful swaps charge retroactively

ACY sent me an email that the swaps on the VIX instrument "should be" many times larger than what were stated in the specifications and have been charged practically over past few months. And based on this, ACY wrote off all the money from the my account - about $4,100. Even though my profit on VIX instruments was only $2,170.
I don’t quite agree with other trader in the review below about the “mistaken” swap. Unlike a quote, there is no such thing as an erroneous swap. Since each dealer has their own premiums/discounts, good swaps are used for promotional purposes and to offer better conditions than competitors. As a result, swaps for different organizations can differ by several times, hundreds and thousands of times. Unlike quotes, which should be similar. In any case, unlike a quotes, the values of which the dealer must offer every millisecond, there is a long time to think about setting the value of the daily swap - 24 hours. In relation to my account, at all an attempt was made to retroactively recalculate swaps for several months.
While I was trading in ACY for more than 2 years without profit, there were no “mistakes” anywhere. As soon as I made a profit, this outrageous situation quickly arose. Of course, I want to return my money to MT4 account №173027 with the option to withdraw it.

I am very disappointed - ACY refuses to do the right thing

I am getting very disappointed lately with ACY, and their last move was to retroactively charge me x100 the swap rate on my VIX trades closed last month. The P&L was only around 5500 USD but they removed 12500 USD for their mistake on the swaps. The obvious right thing to do is simply cancel the P&L as if the swaps had been x100 I would never have entered the trades...The worst part is they refuse to compromise...I used to like them but now I would advise the community to leave this broker and I am considering doing it myself soon if they don't change their behavior...Beware!

Cancelled my withdrawal request and took my money

ACY closed cancelled my withdrawal request for over 6300$. Then they just took my money even though I met all requirements.
After, they closed my account (#701614) with all my money still in it. I traded there over a year and earned all this money only for them to keep it? Shame.
