I am posting this review due to the fact that the software (Indestructible Trend Winner), that I purchased from Austin , performance proved less credible than as advertised. It delivered poor entry signals that ended up proving to be losing trades and created multiple losses vs the sparse positive trades I experienced. I purchased the software under the assurance that if for any reason I was unhappy with it I had a 60 day guarantee for a refund. I have contacted Mr. Winstson requesting my refund, but recieved no reply. I have sent two other emails informing him of my request for refund, to this day I have had no contact from him. I informed him that I would be filing a claim against him in a well respected public forum, that if his reputation was only worth $85.00 to him then I would be doing a service to my fellow traders warning of this fraud.

probably some of you has been receiving a lot of emails endorsing this oustanding and most profitable "software" from Austin Winston that gives trading signals with uncanny precision. Please go to this website because the story about the conspiracy of scams' sellers and bankers who threated him not to spread this knowledge is fantastic!
Austin is pretty close to Karl Dittmann and this fact alone should make everyone careful about "his" products...
Well, the news is that now he is selling this Indestructible Trend Winner that is a lousy copy of this Trend Magic or Forex Simplification System that is also available here http://www.forexbees.com/forex-simplification-system/ for free.
Or here: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=252157, where I also posted two charts (post # 420) where I show that the one from Austin's system is identical to the original one (and Austin's system also has not the oscillator that helps to filter bad signals)
The only difference is that he added the fractals to set Stop Losses and a yellow line between the red (sell) and the green (buy) lines to warn you that a change of colour is probably about to happen.
Look at the two charts: one is made with Austin's indicator and the other one is made with Trend Magic template. Pretty the same, eh?
The settings are the same as well: CCI 50 and ATR 5.
The system is very good indeed but since it's just a copy, I won't rate it and I consider it a scam (see the other links to have the proof).
So my advice is: save your bucks and keep on with the system you can find on the web for free and that is much better than Austin's one.
