They are kind, but unfortunately not professionals traders.
the only smart advise is to keep away from them.
I just cancel my monthly subscription.
2013-03-11 4Star Since my last message, this morning the team offer a more sophisticated client_EA with the possibility to avoid some pairs.
I advise you to deny GBPUSD and EURGBP, in general rules avoid pairs with GBP inside. they do not manage well this currency.
In short, they made a real effort to serve their customers.
2013-03-06 3Star I subscribed last friday.
It is unable to discard some pair, and we have not any comment, so it is difficult to follow their position and our manually ones.
Typically they are good on AUDUSD, EURUSD, USDCHF
very bad on GBPUSD et not very good on EURGBP.
I asked them about comment and discarding some pairs and I exactly got no response at all. Until now they answered quickly.
My advise is not to subscribe in such conditions and eventually keep waiting for improvements from their.

Hello FPA members,
This guy doesn't know how to trade. small gain and big big loss.
very very stupid trader.
I have asked refund but he refused. It is sort of scam.
2013-03-13 Their copy tool is terrible. It's not copy what they trade.
they connect my PC with teamview and installed their copy tool but it's not copy still.
Maybe their software has problem. I've never had this kind of trouble last 8 years.
I have sent email about this problem, but no respond yet.

i have already sent my comment here but i want to add 1 more thing
i told them about my loss and they told me that if i could prove the loss, they would refund my money and loss but after i prove my loss they didnt give any answer! also i can prove this too, i lost good money with them, it really hurts me, but they dont refund even the money i pay
2013-03-05 1Star they are really really bad service, sl distance really high (120), and we are always suffering huge DD, i really dont understand, they say that use 0.1lot for 1000 but could be happen 200$ DD, if you think your money be aware of them

they open pozitions manually, so there is human motions in everywhere, support is fine

We came to know few of our clients are not receiving all of our trades and their is some problem in the EA feed. therefore we are upgrading our whole database. over the weekend we'll provide new EA software to all of our clients. Please bear with us while we do up gradation.

This service will blow your account in a snap. The guy don't know what he is doing and taking high risk trades. Just look at the history, he lost more than one week profit with only 1 losing trade. This is not trading, gambling, stay away, I lost money with his service and not recommended.

Im using his Trade Copy Service for 2 weeks now and im pretty happy with it. He is still learning and he makes mistakes like any other trader but he is improving. After trying many different Trade Copy Services, for me, this is by far the best one i've tried.
