Hi I am from india, i have deposited around 5k inr using gpay. now money is gone from my bank account, but not reflecting in xm account. it happened yesterday. i already sent all proof to their email and they are telling me to wait.What should i do now

I was told that I can get help here to solve my issue regarding a deposit that XM has refused to give me back after closing my account. My account number is 18243169. According to the terms and conditions of XM, I should have received my deposit back after they decided to close my account, but this never happened.

I am attaching my evidence regarding this.These 3 proofs prove that the payment was made to XM Global LTD. But Xm global chose not to give the money instead of refunding or transferring the money to the account, I think this company is a scammer.

I asked my brother and friends about good trusted broker and they adviced me to open an account with Xm or Xmglobal . After i opened account with XM and made good profit .
