It's only January and I think I'm done trading for the year I am so traumatized in my 5years of trading I've never seen such and it only happened when I decided to give xm a try whereas I was using a different broker all these years.

I highly NOT recommend XM As i started with their $30 and made $363 out of it and tried to withdraw it. And out of sudden they took all my money. And now they are saying i was against their rules and regulations. Sorry to hear this btw this is useless time on xm And the support team is being rude and saying same shit.

I made a withdrawal of $400 from my XM account on the 20th of January 2023 and have not received the funds to date. I checked with my bank and after looking into it they said the funds never came through. I have contacted XM support and it has not yielded anything.

I was told that I can get help here to solve my issue regarding a deposit that XM has refused to give me back after closing my account. My account number is 18243169. According to the terms and conditions of XM, I should have received my deposit back after they decided to close my account, but this never happened.
