But one thing that i noticed is that, it does not SHOW nor PROVE that XM is guilty because of this. On a side note, let's see what XM rep would to say about this. Well, depends on what the charge is.....

I registered for his membership on November 3rd 2017 and deposited 6250 euros into XM into my account created by a link he sent me which I assume is an IB link so that he can get commissions from it. I followed his signals and after 3 months I have lost 5000 euros.

And I am assure there are a lot of them who was invited by me they are now have live account directly with XM because in somehow they know I receive commission for it. And at that time I had no job after losing it due to a sick period.

It also appears that he is an IB of XM since he gave me a unique link to register which he said was to minimize costs. Guys please help me I don't know what I am getting myself into and I already lost 5000 eur.Is this guy some kind of scam? His site is jasonalerts.is How and when you deposit the money?

If that is the case, then I don't think XM could legally send you anything other than the initial deposit. This is all a distraction. The burden of proof is on XM to not even accept deposit if it was fraudulent. They were supposed to process withdraw within 24 business hours.

Email all the addresses you have at XM and ask them to send their FPA forums representative to take a look at your issue. Thank you sir I send it to them.

I have asked XM representatives many times that why am I still not being paid, but they did not answer. Moreover, they did not pay any rebates to me. Obviously, my clients must be traded or are still trading with XM.COM. XM.COM is stealing my clients and my rebates.
